CHAPTER FORTY-ONE

ELLIE

I've been in love with Lindsay for so fucking long, I've daydreamed of the days when I would marry him and have his children.

Sure were not married or even engaged but I'm carrying his child, It was bound to happen at one point but still. I'm very happy. 

"Earth to Ellie?" Lindsay waves his hand in front of my face. We are about to walk into our first doctor's appointment. We still haven't told anyone, we've decided to let us come to terms with the baby before telling people. 

Looking at Lindsay he smiles at me. He's overjoyed about this baby just like me. He's also refused to have sex until the doctor tells us it's okay to have sex. 

Who knew pregnancy would make me a horny mother fucker. We got back three weeks ago, got the soonest appointment and booked it. We don't even know how far along I am. 

"Ready to do this?" I ask him staring at the clinic, it's a new one seeing how the old one basically almost killed me. God, I should have sued her for that but I am tired of lawyers. 

Lindsay turns the car off before getting out and coming to my side quickly and opening my door. Ever since I found out I was pregnant Lindsay has been so protective. 

He won't let me cook or clean, he even had me tell my boss I wasn't able to come in for a while. Like from how much time I've taken off, I'm going to get fired. 

Walking inside, Lindsay holds my hand as we approach the desk. "Hi, I'm looking for Dr. Brooks," I ask seeing how she is the OB I choose. Of course, Lindsay did intense research on her to make sure she was good enough to treat me. 

My, he can be a handful sometimes. I mean on the bright side I've been getting away with things. As one of the rules is that he has to pick out my clothing. I've picked out my clothing sometimes. 

We have also made a few more rules along the way. Like no backtalk, no flirty with other people. He also gave me the rule that I can't come without his provision. I want to break that rule so badly. 

I kinda want to see what happens when he finally does punish me. It obviously can't be anything essive like I would have loved but I wonder what he's planning. 

We are lead back to an exam room quickly. Mostly everyone seems like walk-ins while we have an appointment. 

"Okay, so you'll be getting an ultrasound correct? the nurse asks and I nod. She hands me a gown. "you can leave your pants on dear," 

Leaving the room I begin to take off my shirt and bra. Putting the gown on I lay back and wait. We really don't know how far we are and we told the doctor that. She suggested an ultrasound. Seeing how I haven't had my period or know when my period should come because I haven't had it in so long.

Smiling at Lindsay I reach for his hand. He grabs mine and kisses the back of my hand. The door opens and this young female walks in smiling. "Hello, you must be Ellie Alvarado?" She asks sitting down at her little spiny stool. 

"Yes" I say letting go of Lindsay's hand. 

Dr. Brooks rolls her chairs over to the computer. "So Ellie, you had a abortion back in December correct?" Nodding she types that into her computer. "Okay, so I've read your file and I am going to begin your ultrasound alright?"

Taking a deep breath I smile at her. " Alright." She gently lifts my gown up before grabbing this gel. 

"this is going to be cold is that okay?" she asks. I don't mind it, I've had an ultrasound before. I nod and look at Lindsay as she preps everything.
