CHAPTER FIFTY **Special**

NAOMI

A year and a half ago

James's hand is planted on the small of my back. I try not to seem rude as I move away from him. Tonight is about Ellie and Lindsay, not about what a two-faced asshole this man is. 

What does Ellie even see in him? He's nothing but a jerk who bosses everyone around and loves to be in control. Like Ellie is going to turn eighteen soon, in like novemeber. Yet James is like holding her on a leash. 

Something is going to have to change in order for Ellie to be free. She wants to go to San Diego. But James is forcing her to stay with her. 

If I tell anyone James will just lie his way out of the situation. 

But I want her to be happy, in San Diego, with my brother. I don't know if those two will ever end up together but they both have a thing for one another. 

Their is a lot of best friends who would be mad at their best friend liking their brother. But Lindsay has his own spirt and so does Ellie. If they ever wanted to be together, I don't want to be the person to stand in their way. 

But their is one person who is standing in their way. And I have to fix that. 

I watch as Ellie and Lindsay both cut their graduation cake. We are having their graduation party early because most of our families are in town now. But they won't be in a few weeks. 

Everyone cheers, James walks up to Ellie and places a kiss on her cheek. She lets out a fake smile for everyone one. But I see right past that smile. 

I don't miss Lindsay quickly looking away before walking off. If I was in love with someone, I wouldn't want to watch them with someone else. 

Pulling out my phone I text my girlfriend Jazzy to meet me in the parking lot of Mikes Cafe. Quietly exciting the backyard I get into my car. 

This isn't something I want to do but something that must be done. I have done too many shitty things too Ellie, if this is how I make up for those things. Than so be it. 

When I see her car parked in the back row of the parking lot. I pull in right next to her. Getting out I walk towards her. "Naomi, whats going on?  are you breaking up with me?"

I hope she takes this well.

"Naomi? Ellie is a big girl, she can take care of herself, let her take care of herself," Jazzy exclaims as soon as I finish telling her my plan. 

Looking down for a moment before looking at her. "Jazzy, she is being abused? don't you want me to at least help her?" I ask, I don't really care about her answer because I'm going through with the plan. 

"Naomi, why don't you go to the police station! let them throw themselves in harms way, not you," Jazzy says. I just kiss her cheek before turning away. 

There isn't anything that can change mind, I must let Ellie be happy with my brother. Even if it costs me everything. 

Getting in my car I drive back home. That is enough time to think this through fully. But I don't want to think about it. I just need to do it. 

Ellie has to leave at eight to go drive her parents to the airport, so that will be my chance. My chance to get James into bed with me and then have Ellie walk in on us. 

It's cruel but then she would be able to leave him. Because then he'll have me. "Hey there," I say to james walking up to him. I want to puke for saying that. To him of all people. 

I run my finger down his arm and he checks me out. "How about you say we get out of here and have some fun," I say. 

Not this can absolutely backfire on me. He can say no and tell Ellie or he can say yes and come with me. 

On our way out I ask Ellie to meet me at my house on her way back, knowing very well she'll walk in on us. 

We walk over to my house and He follows me up to my room and he doesn't waste time undressing me. 

This is disgusting. 

"What the fuck?" I hear as we finish our second round, he isn't bad, he is just small. I turn to see Ellie and I make sure she can see James under me. 

Ellie just looks pissed at me and James before storming off. "Well looks like I have a new bitch now," James says and I look at him as he smirks to himself before getting out of the bed.
