After Jenna and her family leave
There staying at the hotel fifteen minutes away. The girls are asleep
Lena and I are in lying in our huge king size bed, Jenna's behavior this evening was totally unacceptable
I'm glad Frankie and Kelly's daughter
Was playing busy around, Jenna has some nerve to say to Lena she should consider going to pastry school instead of being a pediatric nurse
I'm surprised Lena didn't go out on her. A few hours before hand
We were all out back enjoying ourselves, it seems like everytime
Jenna drinks she always goes out of her way to pick an argument with Lena. Lena didn't give Jenna the upper hand, she just ignored Jenna
I had two glasses of champagne
Jenna must have three. When Jenna starts drinking, she begins saying running off at the mouth, kelly apologize for Jenna's rudeness
Deep down inside l think Jenna's jealous of my wife. Jenna would never admit it, l know Lena's feelings were hurt by what Jenna said, regardless
If Lena says she's fine. At least Frankie has a good birthday
I still can't believe my baby girl is six years old now and she'll be starting school soon, And Ariel is finally here
Lena has given me to beautiful daughters. Lena and I are not having no more kids, she's already gotten her tubes tied. We have Ariel in the room with us for, it's easy for us to get up in the middle of the night and Ariel's there. We don't have to worry about
getting out of the bed, and going down to the nursery. We probably put Ariel in her room when she's four months old, tomorrow Jenna and her family are going back home. Frankie and Ariel doctors appointment in the morning. it's just for a check up, out of the blue my phone rings. I didn't want to disturb Lena, cause she was sleeping so peacefully, I got out of bed and went outside on our balcony and sat down. I didn't recognize the number, so I answered it against my better judgement. Hello Stef said
Stephanie, it's a voice l haven't from in ten years. Yes this is she,
Your probably wondering why l'm calling, unknown person spoke
There's no easy way to say this
Your father's stuffed a major heart attack. I felt like somebody stabbed me in the back, is he okay l say with panic in my voice. When we got to the hospital the doctors worked on him
For two straight hours, he was unresponsive. They tried to revive
Him but it was to late, he's gone
Stephanie. I hear ringing in my ears
I couldn't breath it was everything was moving in slow motion, the man that disown me was died. Stephanie are you still there daring, the woman
replies. Yeah I'm here, well the funeral is next Saturday l would appreciated it you could attend the service, it's gonna be at church
in that moment l had flashbacks of my dad taking me to see the priest
Telling me my feelings were wrong for having sexual desire for women
And that I was going to hell. I sat that man's office for several hours, listening to him scold me. He made me proformed oral sex on him,
I never looked like men the same way
My parents never knew what happened behind closed doors with me and that priest. I vowed to myself to never stepped foot back in that place again, Lena knows what I went through. That day, she was the first person I told, l don't know how many times I had wash my mouth out
Just thinking about makes me sick to my stomach. Baby what are doing out here in the middle of the night,  Lena says to me. I held out my hand
She takes it, Lena comes over and sit on my lap. I buried my face in her chest, she didn't ask me no questions
Lena rubbed circles on my back.
I'm holding the phone to my ear, Lena takes my cell away from my ear.
Hello who this Lena states, this is Stephanie's mother Sharon and whom am I speaking to Sharon questions Lena. This is Lena Stephanie's wife
Don't you think it's kinda rude to be calling someone's home at 2:00 in the morning. Lena replied, can you please put my daughter back on the phone
Sharon asks, no l will not because whatever you said to her. She's clearly upset, so call back tomorrow and have yourself a good night. Lena hangs up the phone, Lena didn't sharon a chance to respond.
Lena just sits here holding Stef in her arms.
