Sapp woke up in a strange and unfamiliar place, the last thing he could remember was the blinding headlights of the truck while his doppelgänger drove it recklessly through the wall. Now however he was in some kind of small village, a circle of people had gathered around him all staring in awe at this person. The group wore very plain clothing made out of animal hides, hides that Sapp did not recognize. " Who is he?" " I'm not sure." Murmurs started to spread around the crowd. " We should bring him to the chief." " Ya the chief he'd know what to do." Sapp sat up, everyone around him jumped backwards a bit. Then one of them stepped back towards him and reached out his hand.
" Come, you must meet the chief." Sapp took his hand and got up. These people seemed nice enough, and Sapp wanted to meet their chief and find out where he was. He looked around as he was led through the village, there wasn't many houses here, maybe enough for twenty to thirty people to live in. The thing that stood out to him most though was this tall metal statue. The statue appeared to be some person carrying a rifle at his side. He only saw the statue from the back however. They led him to a building at the far end of town, this building looked no different than the rest of the buildings here. They pushed open the door and ushered Sapp in. " The chief is right in here." Sapp stepped inside and was surprised by who he saw sitting there.

Kuragi looked around, she was sure she had been thinking of the right place, but she wasn't at the field. Instead she found herself at the entrance to a small village with a peculiar metal statue at the center. Kuragi approached the statue and instantly recognized who it was. Bone, but wait why would this village have a statue of Bone, and why was she brought here instead of the empty field. She noticed a gathering of towns people and decided to take a peek. They were gathered around some kind of body laying on the ground, Kuragi got closer, closer until she could recognize the body. It was Sapp, but why was he here, how did he get to this other world. Then it hit Kuragi, Haku must have warped here still in costume to escape. She didn't want to be captured along with him so she decided for now to follow along from the shadows.

Sapp could not comprehend what was going on, right now he sat on the other side of a table as Bone. Bone who was supposedly dead was alive and well right in front of him, and everyone here was referring to him as the chief of the village. Bone on the other hand seemed to understand what was going on, he asked the townspeople to give them some privacy while they spoke. " You're from earth aint'cha, did the little bugger who calls himself a god send you here too? Is he still around, I've got a bone to pick with 'im."
" Bone...?" Sapp questioned. " But you died, where am I?"
" I'm afraid I'm not entirely sure me'self, the little bugger left before he told me any of the important details. All I do know is 'im and the girl want us to defeat some kind of evil 'ere."
" A girl, now that you mention it there was a girl involved, but I never met this other person you speak of."
" Well whatever, I'm sure we'll run into them sooner or later. For now let's go ahead and get you set up with a place to live in the village. You can stay 'ere til we get a chance to speak with them again."
Sapp had so many questions still, but at that moment one of the villagers stepped in. " Sorry to interrupt you guys, but we found another new person snooping around the village. She says her name is Kuragi and she knows you two somehow." That name, Sapp knew that name from his research into the truck incident. It was her, he was sure if it.
" Bring 'er in here." Bone responded to the villager, and seconds later Kuragi came bursting through the door.
She did a quick glance around and then looked straight at Sapp. " Haku was it a success, so we have the truck."
" Haku, I see so that must be my doppelgänger's name." Kuragi instantly realized her mistake, that voice was unmistakably not Haku's. " Now I have binding evidence, you are under arrest for the murder of world famous hunter J.T. Bone. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law."
Bone looked over at Sapp. " Two things buddy, number one I'm right 'ere, I ain't dead yet. And number two, we don't have a prison or a courthouse here yet. We don't need one."
" I'm sorry Mr. detective sir, I assure there is an explanation for this, I'm just as much a victim as you two are." Kuragi walked over and sat at the table in between them.
" Oh, do elaborate then." Sapp gave her a sideways glance.
" Well you see...." Kuragi explained everything to them from the beginning, she mentioned how she was Haku's first victim, how they were trying to save this world, and how Haku needed the truck to transport people here. She left out a few incriminating details like how she had been the one to select bone, or how she had made the plan to get the truck back. Both seemed a bit suspicious of her story, but in the end both of them bought it.
" So the little god, where is he now." Sapp asked.
" I don't know, I haven't seen him since he dumped me in this world from the police station." Kuragi didn't want them to know that she had a way back to earth in her back pocket, she thought it would be for the best that they remained dead in that world.
" I see, well for the time being I guess that makes you our guest. HEY GUS!!" He yelled at one of the villagers outside who came into the room a few seconds later. " Gus bring us some booze, we are gonna welcome these two into our village."
