Y/n's pov
"Sooooo" Leo said, dragging out the o.
"You like me huh?" I smiled at him.
"Well-I um-Yea-I mean-You'remybestfriendandi'veactuallylikedyouforawhilebutthenyouandConnorgottogetherandineverhadachancetotellyou."
Anyone else would have been very confused, but not me. "Leo calm down. I-I like you too"
"Wait what? You do?"
"Yes what's not to like? Me on the other hand....."
"What are you talking about?! You're smart and funny and beautiful. You are reliable and most importantly you're my best friend." Leo smiled at me. I just then realized how close we were: Only a couple of inches apart.
"I will always be by your side" Leo smiled again.
"Promise?"
"Promise" He leaned in and-

Just kidding 🤪 On with the story
and- we kissed. Fireworks went off in my stomach. I smiled against Leo. He put his hand against my cheek and I ran my fingers through his hair. After about a minute we pulled apart, smiling like crazy people.
"Y/n, wi-will you be my girlfriend?"
I nodded and he picked me up and spun me. "Ack! Leo! Put me down" I said, trying to be serious, but I was giggling the whole time.
"Ok mi reina"
I tilted my head, but Leo just smiled at me. "Well since we missed lunch what do you want to do?"
"I have an idea" I smiled mischievously. I grabbed Leo's hand and pulled him towards the docks.
"Y/n what are you doing?" Leo said.
I jumped in and splashed Leo. "Hey!" He laughed. I came up by grabbing the pier's edge and Leo was right there.
"Hi" I smiled softly.
He pulled me closer and kissed me, but as he did so I pulled him in the water with me. "ACK!" He yelled.
Soon plenty of people were in the water, some with their bathing suits others with just shirts and shorts. Leo and I looked at each other a few times, but we stayed away so we wouldn't be suspicious. (Although the more I thought about it the more I thought that Jason and Piper set us up. Perhaps Annabeth was part of it because she kept looking at us weird.)
After a few hours we were still in the water and I heard Chiron call Connor's name. The quest. They were leaving. "Leo I'm going to go do something real quick I'll be back soon, okay?" He nodded and I went to the stables to grab my pegasus, Storm. She had a startling gray mane and was friendly, despite her name.
"Hey Storm how are you doing" I asked her.
Hello m'lady. Im ok. Is the quest today? Are we going?
"Well we are not supposed to be going..."
But we're still going right?
"Yup!"
