Leo's pov
Don't get me wrong I was glad that I wasn't going to get punched anymore by Percy, but he was gone for the wrong reasons.
We assumed he was with Khione, but we had no idea if he was still alive or not. Y/n stayed locked in our room whispering that it was her fault. Annabeth was also in shock, but she hid it well.
~Time skip to that night~
Y/n had fallen asleep and I picked the lock to the room. She kept muttering that she was cold, so cold. I tried giving her blankets, but she just kept shivering.
"Hey mi reina are you all right?" I tried shaking her awake.
Her skin was ice cold. "Hey Sea Queen, wake up."
Nothing. "Ok I'm the one with the jokes. This isn't funny"
"G-Guys! Y/n's not waking up" I yelled. A minute later the others came into the room, all but Annabeth.
"What happened?!" Hazel asked.
"She's ice cold" Nico said putting his hand on her forehead.
Annabeth ran in, out of breath. "Guys Chiron just IM'd me. Grover passed out freezing. I think it's his connection with Percy! It means that Percy's still aliv- What happened to Y/n?!"
Before any of us answered Annabeth figured it out, "It's the empathy link they both have to Percy. It's affecting them."
"Wait, but can't only satyrs and demigods have empathy links?" Piper asked.
"Well a goddess enforced this one, so I'm guessing the rules don't really apply."
I had never really understood empathy links, but I slowly put the pieces together.
"So this means....if Percy dies so does Y/n."
