Y/n's pov
"What is that?" I said looking up. It shouldn't be snowing, we were in the middle of the Atlantic.
"The right question is: who is that? And the answer to that is-" Nico started.
"Khione" Leo, Piper, and Jason said together.
"Why is she here?" Hazel asked.
Jason shrugged.
A girl appeared in the snow with dark hair and coffee brown eyes. She was very pale, like the color of snow. Two boys were next to her, both of them looking like hockey players.
"Khione how nice to see you again. Oh and your brothers." Piper said, sarcasm dripping from her voice.
Khione tried to freeze Piper, but Jason jumped in front of her. "NO!" Piper yelled, but Jason was frozen already.
"Hey Elsa, what's up?"
"Don't call me Elsa" Khione rolled her eyes and grabbed Percy's arm, causing him to scream in pain.
"AGHHH" Percy and I screamed. Having a link to my twin wasn't always such a good thing.
Khione released Percy, but I still couldn't feel my arm due to the frostbite. She glided over to me and stopped a few feet ahead of me. "Well well well. It's Y/n Jackson" She smirked.
"How do you know my name?" I asked, standing my ground.
"You've been the talk of the era, of course I know your name. You're a million times more known then your brother."
Percy grunted, but I don't know if it was from the pain or his ego.
"What do you want Khione?" Leo asked.
She laughed, "Leo Valdez, long time no see. How was your trip to Ogygia?"
Leo narrowed his eyes and his clothes started smoldering.
"Valdez why don't you chill out?" Khione blasted Leo back.
"LEO!" I yelled running to my boyfriend.
"Stay where you are Jackson." Percy and I both looked at her.
I have a proposition to make you Jackson. I whipped my head around, trying to find where the noise was coming from. Then I realized that it was Khione, talking in my mind.
What do you want? I glared at her, but I tried to make sure that the others couldn't tell.
I'm supposed to kill you all, but-
Wait, but weren't you working for Gaea? She's gone now so why are you supposed to kill us.
She continued as if I hadn't said anything. But if you help us I'm sure she will be nice enough to let you live.
There's no way I'm helping-
Before you say anything let me tell you something: She can help you stop what's coming.
What do you mean? And who is she? I asked. An image flashed through my mind, I was standing around everybody at camp, my friends, my family, and everyone else I knew were there, but they were lying still.
They were all dead.
I was the last one left.
It was my fault that they all died.
She can help you prevent all of this. Khione said in my mid.
"I-I" I opened my eyes, which I hadn't realized were closed, to see everyone watching me with concern. They all cared for me, I wouldn't let Khione tempt me.
"Thanks, but no thanks" I narrowed my eyes at the goddess.
She glared at me, "Don't say I never gave you a chance." Too late I realized that she was next to my twin.
"PERCY WATCH OU-"
Snow wrapped around Khione, her brothers, and Percy.
The snow settled and what happened sunk in, I couldn't save my brother from Khione. I couldn't save Percy.
