Whilst we were hanging in the US things at school carried on like nothing had ever happened, it had cooled down like loads, from what Izzy told me. And apparently that wasn’t the only thing that had cooled down, Isabelle’s awkwardness when it came to guys had pretty much ceased to exist. And so had Kat’s, but I wasn’t surprised, even before I went to America she had gotten on more than friendly terms with the boy who sits behind us in history, he was a bit of a weirdo but she didn’t mind, I wasn’t even surprised when I found out she had started actually dating him. But seriously, Izzy? She’s freakin socially inept, not to mention she can’t even make a decision. Decidaphobia we called it, so I got her a decision pad for her birthday, she loves me really, her hate for me is only pretence, besides, I get her the best birthday presents. But anyway, back to reality, life at school was as good as it could get, from what I could tell. But all the way over in the USA? What could I possibly know?!
“You guys are adorkable, it makes me sick.” Izzy said. Kat and Scott broke apart and Kat smiled slightly embarrassed. “Seriously, it makes me sick.”
Katrina took Izzy’s arm and they walked off, “Just cause you aren’t getting anywhere with Ed.” Kat replied jokingly.
Izzy looked at her friend annoyed and pulled her arm out of Katrina’s grip. She looked seriously unamused. Kat laughed, then Izzy smiled, “The truth hurts.” She said in a sigh. Kat laughed again.
Emilia walked up to them and took hold of Kat, “Where’s Scott? We have history.” She stated, looking for Katrinas ever present guy friend. Kat sighed and rolled her eyes. Emilia and Izzy shared a look and Em winked.
“Ever present? What is that supposed to mean?” they all jumped as the very person they were talking about appeared behind them.
Em and Izzy gave Scott an irritated look then left him and Kat alone.

Fran laughed out loud as she walked to her next lesson with Steve, “Pip, what is wrong with you?” Fran burst out. “So wrong.”
Pip laughed a little then turned to the blond, “What? It’s last lesson im allowed to be a little wild!”
“You’re always wild though!” Steve cut in, Fran laughed again and Pip looked offended.
“Thanks guys.” She said mocking hurt, “Great friends.”
Steve tapped her on the head, “Welcome.” They laughed again and people gave them funny looks.
Steve looked at them bluntly and they turned away. Fran kept her smile hidden, Steve was a little intimidating sometimes. “French, yay!” Steve yelled.
Fran laughed again and joined in, even though they had willingly chosen French didn’t mean they had to enjoy it. Steve certainly didn’t.

Rosalie giggled manically at her own joke and made Leia start laughing, but mainly at Rosalie, she could be so loud sometimes! The teacher glared at them and they quietened down, “Gee Rosalie. Why so loud all the time?”
“That’s what she said.” Rosalie replied trying so hard to not giggle as loud again. But she completely failed and they both started giggling together. It seemed this was how the whole lesson was going to be spent.

The two boys slapped their palms in a high five and laughed at the teachers disapproving face. “Sorry sir,” Nathan said smiling goofily.
“Yeah, it was an accident.” Arthur added, smiling just as goofily.
The teacher had saw dust all over his technology apron and the boys shared a look, “Just get back to work.” The teacher said as he turned his back and started to brush the dust off.
