Chapter 13 -

Cameron's POV -

"Come here." London said as I looked in the mirror.

                            I walked up to her and stood between her bed as she sat on the bed. She started fixing my tie. I have an event I have to go to tonight, to promote my new shoe coming out. My job is really easy. Come up with a new shoe, promote it & then wait for my money, which doesn't take very long to get.

"You look so cute." She smiled finishing it.

"Thank you." I chuckled lightly.

"There you go." She said fixing my sleeves.

               I sat down on the bed. I had to leave the house at 8:00, and it's only 7:45. I looked at London who was wearing her pajama's. She was staring out into space, looking at particulary nothing.

"Lo." I tapped her leg.

                       She didn't answer.

"London." I said louder.

"Yeah ?"

"What are you thinking about ?"

"A lot.." She shook her head.

"What do you mean ?"

"Would you ever want to go back to California ?" She asked.

"Nah."

"Why ?"

"Because, we have a perfectly good life here, leaving to go back would ruin it all."

"But it's not 'perfect' here. We were together in California.."

"You didn't cheat in California."

"That's not the point though, Cameron." She said getting agitated. I could tell.

                              I looked at my phone.. 7:53.

"It's about time for me to go." I said standing up, trying to avoid a fight.

"What time will you be back ?"

"I don't know. Probably 1." I shrugged.

"Oh."

"Don't wait up." I said to her.

"Okay." She looked down. I put my hands on both sides of her, standing between her legs again.

"I'll be back before you know it." I leaned down and kissed her cheek.

                                She looked somewhat worried.

"Are you coming back for sure ?" London asked.

"Of course. Why wouldn't I ?" I scrunched up my eyebrows.

"I don't know. Don't worry about it. Go have fun." She said.
