A few days later. 

I was at a committee hearing.

Bailiff" Do you solemnly swear to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth?"

I nodded "I do."

Committee General" Why haven't we yet heard from Captain Rogers?"

I shrugged "I don't know what there is left left for him to say. I think the wreck in the middle of the Potomac made his point fairly eloquently"

Committee General" Well, he could explain how this country's expected to maintain its national security now that he and you have laid waste to our intelligence apparatus."

I chuckled "HYDRA was selling you lies, not intelligence."

Committee General"Many of which you seem to have had a personal hand in telling."

I raised an eyebrow. 

Scudder" Agent, you should know that there are some on this committee who feel, given your service record, both for this country and against it, that you belong in a penitentiary, not mouthing off on Capitol Hill."

I shook my head, amused "You're not gonna put me in a prison. You're not gonna put any of us in a prison. You know why?"

Scudder" Do enlighten us."

Me "Because you need us. Yes, the world is a vulnerable place, and yes, we helped make it that way. But we're also the ones best qualified to defend it. So if you want to arrest me, arrest me. You'll know where to find me. Till then, all of you can kiss my ass"

Then i stood up and walked out. 

At a cemetery. 

I walked over to Steve who was standing at Fury's grave "He's keeping the stone?"

Steve nodded "Yes"

I nodded.

Then i pulled out a file "The Winter Soldier program. There's everything you need to know about Bucky and what happened to him inside. But there's more that you should know"

He looked at me. 

Me "20 years, Steve"

He looked at me confused. 

Me "Bucky kidnapped me in 1971. HYDRA made us partners throughout the program. We were worked together well, we were a good team. "

Steve "why only for 20 years?"

I shot him a look "I just told you i was part of HYDRA's most dangerous program, i am starting to trust you but i don't have to tell you everything just now"

He nodded.

Me "Are you gonna go after him?"

Steve "i have to. Are you joining?"

I shrugged "You know, as much as i would love but i guess i have to stay low for a while now. My cover blew so..."

He nodded "i understand"

I hugged him "be careful out there, Cap"

Cap nodded "you too"

Night. At my apartment. 

I walked in and froze when i noticed that the window was open. 

No one was her though. 

There was something carved in my table "все вместе" (together)

I froze and drove my hand over the cut. 

Someone eyes were on me, i know that, i could feel it. And i also could tell who it was. 

I turned around and saw Bucky standing on a rooftop across the street. 

He looked at me before disappearing into the darkness.
