At Wakanda. In front of the palace. 

We walked out of the ship and were greeted with T'Challa and his guards. 

Steve shook hands with T'Challa "Seems like I'm always thanking you for something. "

T'Challa nodded. 

Bruce bowed to the king. 

Rhodey asked fake shocked " What are you doing?"

T'Challa shook his head, grimacing " Uh, we don't do that here. "

Bruce looked at Rhodey offended who just smirked. 

T'Challa looked at us "So how big of an assault can we expect?"

Bruce "Uh, sir, I think you can expect quite a big assault."

Nat "How we looking?"

King T'Challa" You will have my Kingsguard, the Border Tribe, the Dora Milaje, and..."

Bucky walked to us, smiling "A semi-stable, 100-year-old man."

My face lit up.

Steve hugged him "How you been, Buck?"

Bucky shrugged "Uh, not bad, for the end of the world."

Steve let go of Bucky who looked at me. 

I walked over to him and hugged him. 

Bucky hugged me back and put his head in my neck "hey"

I breathed out relieved "Hey"

In Shuri's lab. 

Shuri scanned the Stone with her kimoyo beads while Vision lied on the examination table. 

She flipped her hand over and studied the hologram projected over her palm " Whoa. The structure is polymorphic."

Bruce nodded "Right, we had to attach each neuron non-sequentially."

Shuri asked confused and amused "Why didn't you just reprogram the synapses to work collectively?"

Vision looked at Bruce curiously. 

Bruce froze "Because, we didn't think of it."

Shuri gave him a smile "I'm sure you did your best."

Wanda " Can you do it?"

Shuri nodded "Yes, but there are more than two trillion neurons here. One misalignment could cause a cascade of circuit failures. "

Then she looked at her brother "It will take time, brother."

Steve "How long?"

Shuri " As long as you can give me."

Suddenly we heard an alarm. 

Okoye flicked one bead into her palm, where it projected the globe with a pulsing location marker" Something's entered the atmosphere."

Sam "Hey, Cap, we got a situation here."

I looked out of the window. 

The defense shield over the Golden City destroyed one of the alien vessels when it slammed into the field at full attack acceleration..

Bucky "God, I love this place."

Rhodey "Yeah, don't start celebrating yet, guys. We got more incoming outside the dome."
