Flashback 1991. In the Hydra Base.

Someone opened my cell door and i looked at it confused. 

Me "you?"

The Winter Soldier just looked at me.

I froze "They are gonna kill me aren't they?"

He stepped to the side. 

I walked to him, nodding "thank you"

Then I slid out of the base.

A few months later. At Lagos. 

We were all here on a mission. 

Cap "All right, what do you see?"

Wanda " Standard beat cops. Small station. Quiet street. It's a good target."

Cap " There's an ATM in the south corner, which means . . ."

Wanda " Cameras."

Cap "Both cross streets are one way."

Wanda " So, compromised escape routes."

Cap " Means our guy doesn't care about being seen, he isn't afraid to make a mess on the way out. You see that Range Rover halfway up the block?"

Wanda "Yeah, the red one? It's cute."

Me "It's also bulletproof, which means private security, which means more guns, which means more headaches for somebody. Probably us."

Wanda "You guys know I can move things with my mind, right?"

Nat " Looking over your shoulder needs to become second nature."

Sam " Anybody ever tell you you're a little paranoid?"

Nat "Not to my face. Why? Did you hear something?"

Steve " Eyes on target, folks. This is the best lead we've had on Rumlow in six months. I don't want to lose him."

Sam " If he sees us coming that won't be a problem. He kind of hates us."

Cap "Sam, see that garbage truck? Tag it."

I saw Redwing flying around. 

Sam "That truck's loaded for max weight. And the driver's armed."

Nat "It's a battering ram."

Steve "Go now."

Wanda" What?"

Steve "He's not hitting the police.

At THE INSTITUTE FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES.

Steve and i were the first to arrive there. 

We took out some soldiers. 

Steve "Body armor, AR-15's. I make seven hostiles."

Sam blocked the bullets with his wings " I make 5."

Wanda flew over to us and blocked attacks with her powers. 

Sam " Rumlow's on the third floor."

Steve "Wanda, just like we practiced."

Me "What about the gas?"

Steve "Get it out."

Wanda uses her powers to lift Steve up and through the window. 

Rogers " Rumlow has a biological weapon."

Nat "I'm on it."

Wanda sucked the gas out of the building with her powers. 

Steve "They ditched their gear. It's a shell game now. One of them has the payload."

I looked around and followed Steve.

Rumlow punched Steve from behind " There you are, you son of a bitch. I've been waiting for this!"

They started to fight. 

Nat "Vial secured"

Me "Steve"

I rushed over there and slit Rumlow's knees open. He fell to the ground, gasping. 

Then he removed his mask. His face was covered in burn scars. 

Rumlow " I think I look pretty good, all things considered."

Cap "Who's your buyer?"

Rumlow "You know, he knew you. You pal, your buddy, your Bucky."

Steve froze "What did you say?"

Rumlow "He remembered you."

Then he looked at me "both of you. I was there. He got all weepy about it. Till they put his brain back in a blender. He wanted you to know something. He said to me, "Please tell Rogers. When you gotta go, you gotta go." And you're coming with me."

Suddenly activated his bomb vest and Steve shoved me behind him as Rumlow's armor ignited.

Wanda showed up and kept the blast contained around Rumlow who grimaced in agony. 

She lifted him into the air before she lost control, and the explosion finally blossomed, devastating entire floors of a nearby office building. 

My jaw dropped. 

People started to scream.

Wanda's eyes widened shocked "oh my god"

Cap froze " Oh my . . . Sam . . . We need . . . Fire and Rescue . . . on the south side of the building. We gotta get up there"

A few months later. Night. At my hide out. 

I was trying to locate my parents car since i got an intel from someone that Hydra had sent The Winter Solider to kill them. 

I saw the car there and froze when i saw my dad lying there, dead. 

My jaw dropped "oh my god"

A car is driving down a dirt road alone. The Winter Soldier is waiting at the side of the road with his motorcycle. As the car passes, the Winter Soldier follows. He comes alongside the car and disables it. It slams into a tree. The Winter Soldier brings the motorcycle back around and climbs off. He walks to the car trunk and rips it open, revealing a silver case containing several blue packets]
