Street POV
Me and Chris finish eating and I clean up. She's sitting on the couch watching tv. I can't help but admire her beauty. I grab her medicine off the counter and take it to her. "Here" I say and hand her the bottle. She grones. "Do I have to" she ask. "Yeah it's the meds or the hospital" I say. She take the bottle reads the instructions and takes her meds. "Thank you" I say and walk back to the kitchen to finish cleaning up. "Jim" I hear. "Yeah" I say. "Come here" she says. I walk back into the living room and she pays the spot next to her "sit with me" she says. I sit next to her and she curls up against my side. We stay like that the rest of the night. She eventually falls asleep and I pick her up and carry her to bed. I lay her down and cover her up. I go to turn and leave when she grabs my wrist and pulls me back. "Stay with me please" she whispers. I crawl into bed next to her and pull her to me. "Love you jimmy" she says "I love you too" I tell her. Sleep comes easy tonight.
