Quarantine trouble

Day 12 part 1

Street POV

I get up the next morning and slip out of bed very quickly and quietly so I don't wake Chris. I head to the bathroom to take a piss and a quick shower. Once I'm finished and dressed for the day besides my shoes. I head to the kitchen. I turn on the coffee pot and wait for the coffee to finish brewing. I grab a mug out of the cabinet. Once it's finished I fix me a glass and head for the balcony. It's still pretty early but it feels nice out. I sit on the balcony and enjoy my coffee and fresh air. I close me eyes and listen to my surroundings. People rushing to get to work and birds chirping. It's nice and peaceful. Well as peaceful as you can get in Los Angeles. I'm lost in my thought that I don't notice that Chris has gotten out of bed until she has wrapped her arms around my shoulders. She picks up my coffee cup and takes a sip of it. "Morning" she says. "Good morning" I say and pull her into my lap and peck her lips. "Your in a extremely good mood today" she says with a raised eyebrow. "Yeah why wouldn't I be it's a beautiful morning and I'm with the woman I'm madly in love with. Who happens to be the hottest person on planet earth. Why wouldn't I be happy" he says. Chris smiles and lays her head on my shoulder. I kiss the top of her head as she steals the rest of my coffee. I could get used to this. I turn and look at her. "Move in with me" I say. She freezes. She doesn't move or respond. "I mean we have lived together for almost 2 weeks now and we love each other I don't see why it's not a good idea." I say. "Well for the simple fact the team dosent know. And you went to a hotel to have space. We're still new to this I don't want to rush into anything" she says. "Yeah ok I understand" I say. I move her off my lap and stand up. "I'm gonna get more coffee since u drank the rest of mine do you want a cup." I ask "yes please" she says. I head to the kitchen to make more coffee.
