"The fuck Hlogi!"

Out of breath and still in my euphoric moment ,I looked shyly up from Hlogi's chest, I didn't think we would go for this long , I just thought I would distract him from what he found on my phone.

"Knock,knock,"

I stared at the door weirdly, did kaygee have another visitor?

"Laur babe man , I know you in there...it's me...Reece." saying I could not imagine him smirking after saying that would be me lying, I know how Hlogi works.

"Aight guess that's a sign for me to come in." he said turning the doorknob and walking in with all his grace. "Hey sweets, I heard that shit went down , I hope you good?"

"Hey Reece, how are you?"

"I asked you how you are, don't go putting words in my mouth."

"Okay nigga chill," I let out a slight giggle, but I stopped and picked up my phone to check If Mandisa had received my messages, the situation was really stressing me out.

When I was about to type my next message to Mandi , Reece grabbed my phone "Who's giving you those wrinkles on your forehead?"

"Hlogi please...give it back."

"Nah let's see who's giving my girl stress."

"Hlogi!" I stood up ready to put up a fight, Hlogi shook his head "Relax."

I prayed internally that he got out of the chats by mistake, he quietly read whatever was on my phone and I noticed his face grimace...that's when it hit me. I was fucked. Hlogi would tell kaygee that I know that Mandi is still alive.

What should I do? I asked myself...I was panicking and I was finally cornered...Karma caught up to me, what was I supposed to do?

"Laur..."

"Hlogi please...I can explain..."

"Laur! The fuck is this?" he angrily stood up throwing the phone on the bed, he walked away from the bed towards the door. "Hlogi please I am begging you, you don't understand she-"

" -Fuck you think this is Lorraine...you're playing with lives here, is that why...Is that why Brandon was here...he found out your sneaky ass was a rat from the get go! Lorraine...oh my word kaygee deserves to know Delilah herself is here."

"Lehlogonolo please...please," I cried holding onto my stomach, the pain I felt was beyond what I thought I felt during Mandisa's so called death.

"Hlogi," I paused to catch a breath inbetween my tears, "She's my friend, my sister , she needs me."

"I'm not saying I don't regret it, I am just saying that..."

I shot up from the corner of the bed and ran towards him, "Please...look at me,"

"No" I held onto his face.
