EPILOGUE:

A different set of emotions were presented as Sisanda Zaka watched the news in anticipation, How could it be that she was back in the news after all these years. She believed she was a proper parent to Zole (Zo-Li) and cared for her.

"The search for Mandisa Mtwha is still in full force, we have gotten intel that they have picked up her signal somewhere in Britain. We are set to request an extradition warrant so that we can get the officials in Britain to hand the woman over. She is highly dangerous."

"The woman featured on the screen is Mandisa Mtwha, she might have changed her name but please if you have any more information about her please contact us or your nearest police station."

"Thank you Detective Pule for taking the time to speak to us."

"The pleasure is all mine and thank you to the BBC for giving us a platform to search for this fugitive."

"Now on call we have the victim of the woman pictured, Mr Brandon Mc- I do apologise if I cannot pronounce your name well."

"It's all well Gina , I am Brandon Mchaba."

"Welcome, would you like to tell us , after two years without finding your daughter how does that make you feel?"

"Devastated Gina, I mean anyone that was forced to watch their fiancé being murdered ,being physically slapped with their brothers head and their daughter gone would be devastated."

"Care to tell us, what state of mind were you in? You were humiliated for announcing that you were abused...I - I - mean like it's so appalling to see the amount of men that have ridiculed you when you stood up to say that you were physically, emotionally and sexually abused."

"I'm not going to lie, I felt like I wasn't a man, I always listened to Mandisa telling me how useless I was and I believed it. As much as I was in the wrong cause I did cheat on Mandisa with my deceased fiancé she still had no right to do what she did. I feel that should be implemented, overall Qu taught me that I could calm my scars. "

Sisanda stood up from her seat and threw a silent tantrum "Nanko uxoka kwakhona!" (There you go lying again!)

"Wow Mr Mchaba, so from sources I have recently found out that it is your daughters birthday, have you ever had thoughts that your ex had killed her?"

"That would actually be bigger than me but yes, I have always thoughts like that - "

"- I am still bitter to this day."

"Sir what message do you probably have for the viewers and maybe also for the fugitive if she's watching."

"To the viewers that took time to help me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. To the men going through abuse ...it is okay. To the women silently fighting demons and going through abuse...We are here, it's okay. Mandisa...I want my daughter back."

Sisanda shut the television off and walked towards the mirror that hung loosely in her apartment. She wiped off the make up on her face carefully and tried steadying her breathing. She was in disarray and in so much turmoil. When she took over the identity of Sisanda Zaka she thought she'd live in so much peace but her past was coming for her at such a fast pace.

"NdinguMandisa kutheni ndisoyika nje?" ( I am Mandisa , why am I getting scared?)

With a turn in events Mandisa successfully escaped South Africa and managed to board a plane to Europe, with Hector by her side to help her. She settled to stay in Edinburgh and was satisfied with her choice because no one would've guessed she was there, but the remaining question was how did they pick up her whereabouts?
