Yesterday we decided on a different place to meet up, one that is further away from my house.

He hated the woman in there and wanted to protect me as much as he could but he didn’t turn up today… Maybe he didn’t want to be around me because I'm a villain… or he found me annoying and just stopped being my friend. This is why I didn't want to get close to anybody. They always leave me in the end. 

Night after night he didn’t appear and I heard nothing from him… I was abandoned… Was it my fault? I was probably too clingy or too much for him… She was right… 

I guess I’ll just hang on to what we used to have. Bury the pain I have in my heart. Or maybe I should just not let anyone in again… I’ll build up my walls and no one can bring them down, even the worlds best cannon couldn’t break my wall. 

AS for my next victim pro hero gyaku tai. The reason is in his name.

Crackedanddistracted- I recognise this code, I do believe it is hexadecimal code however I am unsure how to decode it.

Here is the decoded message you were right @Crackedanddistracted it was hexadecimal. 
The code says
“This system is messed up when you let people like him become heroes. He doesn’t care about saving people he only cares about two things. Money and sex. The more money he makes the more sex he has. That’s what’s driven him to become a hero. I want to rid the world of fake hero’s. “

Analysis- Hero slayer is a badass and we need to worship them.
