Chapter 10

Invitation To Meet The Cullen's

Chloe was laying in her bed thinking about everything that has happened since she got to Forks, from losing her parents to meeting Edward and finding what he is. How they've been spending so much time together and getting to know each other. She has realized that her feelings for him have grown, infact she has fallen in love with him.

'I'm I'm love with Edward Cullen' she says in her head smiling and then sits up from her bed

There was a car honk from outside that disturbs her thoughts. Chloe smiles  biting her lip alittle knowing exactly who was outside waiting for her. Edward has been coming to get her everyday since they confessed their feelings for each other, they go to school together.

Chloe smiles as she moves to look out the window, she sees Edward leaning against his car waiting for her. Chloe grabs her backpack and then walks downstairs greeting her uncle and cousin.

"Come on Bella, come take a ride with us " Chloe tells her cousin and Bella nods and they both walk out the door.

They got to school ,as they get out of the car, they notice everyone's staring at them. Edward holds Chloe's hand entertwining their fingers together as they walk inside.

"You guys realize that literally everyone's staring at us, mostly you two" Bella tells them as they continue walking

Chloe and looks at their friends as they pass them "Hey guys" she greets them

"Uh not that guy... Nope he just looked" Edward says as they continue walking "Breaking all the rules now anyway.... Since I'm going to hell" he says smirking as he placed his arm on Chloe's shoulder. Chloe chuckles while Bella looks at them smiling

"So does a person have to be dying, to become like you?" Bella asks Edward as the three of them walk on the big grassy rocks in the woods

Edward stopped for a moment "No, that's just Carlisle. He wouldn't do this to someone who had another choice " he replies and they continue walking

"When did you get turned? " Chloe asks him curiously as it starts raining

Edward turns to look at her "Since 1918" he tells her and the girls look at him shocked "That's when Carlisle found me dying of Spanish influenza " he says

"What was it like? " Bella asked him as they stopped walking

"The venom was excruciating " Edward replies "But what Carlisle did was much harder. Not many of us had the restraint to do that kind of act" he says

They walk to a tree so that they can get alittle bit of shelter.

"But didn't he just have to bite?" Bella asks

Edward looks at her "Not exactly " he says "When we taste human blood, a frenzy begins and it's almost impossible to stop" he explained

"But Carlisle did" Chloe says

Edward nods "First with me and then with his wife Esme" he tells them
