Act 36 | Training of Hell

Two days ago, at Eren's house

After sending the scouting team to their mission, Deku went back to the states and leave the boys he brought with Eren. "I believe that everyone of you is a martial, right?" Eren said to them. Some understand and some don't. "Martial?" asked Sero.

"A martial means martial artist practitioner." Ojiro replied as Eren nodded yes. "Thank you, Mashirao."

He look at them and grinned. "Let's head outside. To the backyard!" Then, they went out to the backyard with full of suprise. "Woah! There's a pool here!" said Shinsou. They all were attracted on how big the backyard is. Then, they all gather to one place as Eren come to them. "What are we doing here, Eren?" Sero asked as Eren chuckled.

Eren put up his pointy finger. "First, all of you sit on your knees." he said and they all obediently followed. He also sat on his knee while facing them. "Tell me what martial art do you learn."

Then, they started the ice-breaking. Kirishima, Ojiro, Shinsou and Sero learned a bit about Karate. While Shindo learned Jeet Kune Do. After they told him, Eren just nodded. "So basically, all of you here learned Karate and Jeet Kune Do. Karate is one of the top martial arts that people used but Jeet Kune Do is kinda rare since it's hard to learn. But if you really wanted to learn it, it will be easy for you, right Shindo?" he asked while looking at Shindo.

"Yeah, my sensei also said that." Shindo replied.

Eren chuckled as he told them to stand up. They all stand up and waiting for the next instruction. "Come at me, all at once." Eren said makes them confuse. "What?" asked Kirishima and Ojiro suddenly was punched on the abdomen. "Gah!" He kneeled down while holding it. "I said come at me, all at once." Eren said once more as he taken a familiar stance.

"T-that's a Karate stance!" Shinsou said as Kirishima charged at Eren.

He throw a straight punch but Eren brushed it off and punch Kirishima's ribs. Shindo do a high spin kick to hit Eren, but Eren blocked his leg and move closer to his body with his hand on a familiar stance. Shindo quickly realized what is it. "That's!"

"1-inch punch." Eren said as he the punch to Shindo.

"Guh!" Shindo was sent backward. Then, Sero come and try to right frontkick him but he missed as Eren dodged and slipped his below Sero's right leg and slammed him down to the ground. "Gah!" Shinsou sprinted to him and throw a dummy punch to trick Eren and land a low kick at him. But Eren already knew that as he jumped to avoid Shinsou's kick and take him down.

Now, everyone has been knocked out by Eren alone. They all still groaning in pain. After they feel a bit better, they gather around again. "What do you guys think about me?" Eren asked but they all seemed don't know what to answer. "You're a hybrid martial, right?" Ojiro said and Eren put a thumbs up. "That's correct, Mashirao! I'm a hybrid martial, means I learned a lot of martial arts." he said as they all finally understand why Eren can use a Karate move and Jeet Kune Do's.

"But my main is, Taekwondo." he said.

Then, Kirishima got an idea. "How about you teach us, Eren?" he said makes them all groaned. Eren just laughed by that obvious question. "Of course I'm gonna teach you guys. If not, why would I tell you to stay?" They all laughed at Kirishima's foolishness.

After all the talk, they finally starting their training with the first lesson. "Let's have a breakfast!" Eren said as they all nodded. They head inside and wash their hands. They walked to the dining room that filled with sandwiches on a tray on the table. "Thank you for the meal!" They all fill their mouth with the sandwiches. After they ate, they washed their hands and thanked Mikasa for the food.
