Four days later
Hudson was in the middle of packing his stuff when two FBI agents showed up Larkin's house. It didn't take long before reporters got wind of it. Reporters were lined up outside the Newtons residence.
Ophelia made Larkin stay in her room till they left. Hudson was escorted in cuffs for embezzlement money laundering and fraud. He had no idea that the company was being auditted. Larkin watched from her window as they took him away. He seen her in the window abd his wife joining her as she held her.
The pictures were all over the newspapers and news outlet on tv. Bucky was eating breakfast with his parents and older brother Milo. When he saw the front of James' newspaper as he was reading the inside.
"CEO of Newton Enterprises arrested" was the headline.
"Looks like you'll be working late dad?" Bucky said
"Yeah Joe called me early this morning to turn on the news." James said as he sipped his coffee and closed the paper. Larkin had been watching since 4AM as she cried she heard her mom downstairs dealing with everything trying to save their family's reputation.
