Two weeks later
It was Christmas Eve Larkin came over after having dinner with her mom's family. Milo came into the foyer to see Bucky and Larkin share a kiss.
"Larkin?" Milo said confused
Bucky and her just ignored him as they went upstairs to his room. He just shrugged it off as she was messing with him and went on to his bedroom. Bucky sat beside Larkin on his bed.
"How was your dinner?" He said
"It was great..none of my siblings showed up. Mom claimed it was because they were with their in laws." She said as she kicked off her boots.
"Well come with me. I have something for you." He said as they went back downstairs as she took his gift bag downstairs.
He took her into the living room. "Oh your tree looks beautiful." She said as James and Winnie sat by the fireplace.
"Merry Christmas Larkin." Winnie said
"Same to you." She said
"Come on darlin. Let them have their moment." James said as he helped his wife off the couch.
Once they were alone Bucky handed her a big box. She unwrapped it and opened it up. When she removed the tissue paper. She gasped as tears welled.
"James.." she whispered when she saw a brand new camera and a camera bag with stars all over it.
She leaned over and kissed him. "Thank you. Its amazing." She said
He smiled at her. "You're welcome." He said
She gave him his bag. He pulled out a brand new hoodie three new tshirts and a star necklace and bracelet.
"Thank you." He said when he read the shirt that said best boyfriend in the whole galaxy.
They took their stuff upstairs to his room and finished up their Harry Potter movie marathon before falling asleep. The next day she joined Bucky to attend his family christmas dinner. Milo still couldn't believe that a girl like Larkin was with his nerdy little brother.
