Chapter 6

Keira's POV

"What should I wear? Hmm." I said to myself while looking at all the dresses in my walk-in closet.

"Maybe just a simple white dress will do, right?" I asked myself again then I sighed but suddenly I get irritated.

"Wait! I don't need to impress him, I don't even like him... But I should still wear something presentable right?" I said to myself again while facing the mirror.

After that conversation with myself, I've decided to wear a simple white dress, of course I made that too, I am proud of my creations that's why I've always worn them.

Tonight was the dinner my mom told me with my so called fiancé, and my parents were so happy about this dinner, they even liked him so much, I can't spoil that. But for me, ahuh no no no, I don't like him or anyone.

While I was doing my simple but elegant make up my phone rang.

"Yes?" I said when I answered the phone it was Kate.

"Are you excited? He's going to meet your parents!" She said giggling at the phone. I just rolled my eyes and spoke.

"Why should I? And correction they already know him before, so there's nothing new about that." I said telling the truth. I heard her sigh and said.

"There is! Yes your parents already know him, but this time he's coming to see you too!" she said, I just make a small laugh at her.

"I doubt that, for sure he's just forcing himself to do this. I just saw I news about him yesterday someone caught him and take a picture making out to some girl at his car, and this dinner I'm sure it's just a big inconvenience for him" I said and continued.

"If it weren't for my mom and dad, I wouldn't be going to this dinner. I have a fashion show in Hongkong today but I needed to cancel it, so I moved it to next week, and yes I forgot to tell you that you should be there too" I said to her.

"Okay, if you said so" she said in a sarcastic tone.

"Kate, you know that I don't need someone to ruin me again right. And even though he's Uncle Victor's son, I still don't like him" I said stating the fact. I'm just happy with my own company and I don't want someone to give false hope to me and then just leave me confused and broken. I'm done with that bullshit.

"Yah yah. But still, he has that freaking hot looks be careful to that" she said grinning. I just laugh at her and said.

"And I've seen so many of that, what so special to make him an exception?" I said smirking. I heard her laugh.

"I'm just telling you that, by the way I have to go byeeee love yah bitch" she said then she hangs up. I just shake my head. She's crazy to think that I'll like that man. Like duh! No way!

"Honey, are you done?" My mom said when she came into my room. I turned to her with smiled and spoke.

"Yes mom" I said then I stood up and approached her.

"You're so beautiful as always my dear daughter" my mom said lovingly while caressing my hair. I smiled at her and said.

"Thank you mom, well, where can I inherit this?" I said grinning, she just laugh at me and nodded her head while saying.

"You're right" my mom said then we both laugh and got out of my room.

"He's here already, let's go" my mom said and we went down the stairs together, I saw my dad and him at the end of the stairs.

"Beautiful as always my princess" my dad said then hugged me.

"Thanks dad" I said then I pull away.
