Chapter 37

Keira's POV

He was back from buying a lot of coffee's, and yes I am the one who made him to do that. I grin, then he came in front of me and hand me my coffee and one for Kate too.

"Thank you" I said with my beautiful smile. He just smiled at me.

"Oh my gosh, by the way King can you lend us a hand. We need more manpower, and as you can see they are all occupied, since you don't have anything to do maybe you can help. Right?" I said with a smile. He just stared at me, and I know that he knows what I'm doing. Kate shove me a little at my side, but I just ignore her.

"Can you? Please?" I said with pleading eyes. He sigh and smiled at me.

"Okay, just for you my dear wife" He said, then he takes off his shirt leaving him with just his sleeveless shirt/sando, showing all of his muscular biceps. I gulp at the sight of it. Everyone was looking at him, like he was a freaking model.

I was just mesmerized by him. I can't take my eyes off of him. Oh my gosh.

"Close your mouth. You're drooling" I heard Kate say beside me. I immediately did, then she laugh at me.

"Told you he was hot. You are so lucky to have him as your husband. I envy you. But I forgot I already have his bestfriend Nicholas who was more hotter than him." She said while thinking about him with a smile. But wait, what?

"What?" I asked her once I realized what she just said.

"What? What do you mean 'what'?" She said like acting innocent. I rolled my eyes at her.

"What you said about Nicholas" I said. Then she giggles which makes me frown.

"Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. After your wedding we've been going out very frequently. And I decided to become his girlfriend. Don't worry he's nice, and he is so good!" She said that makes my eyes widen by her statement.

"Oh my gosh, Kate! You don't need to tell me that he's good" I said in disgust. She just laugh at me.

"What? You should try it with that handsome man, who's called to be your very own husband." She said to teased me more. I just groan and got back to the checking papers in my hands.

"Ms. Keira, I've done with all the calls. And the dresses have already arrived." Shane said when she came in front of me.

"Thanks" I said then I nod and followed her. They are checking the dresses too, but I want to check them myself.

I leave Kate there having a phone call with her so called boyfriend. I just heard something about Nicholas around, and it was not good. It's not that I don't like him for Kate, I just don't want Kate to get hurt. Because as far as I can see, this is the first time she talked about someone sincerely and without getting horny or something. Maybe she really does like Nicholas. But don't he dare hurt her or else, he'll be facing me.

"All done" I said in relief when I finished doing all of my paper works. I got out of my mini office to find my staff done also and getting ready. I saw him all sweaty and he looked really tired.

"Ms. Keira, we're going out for dinner. Wanna join?" Shane said, then Kate nodded at me. When I was about to answer he suddenly spoke.

"No. She's not coming with you guys, because I'm taking her out tonight" He said that caught me off guard. I was surprised by him saying that in front of all of them. They all giggled and teased us.

"Alright, alright. That's enough teasing. You can all go now and enjoy your dinner." I said then they all cheered up. I chuckle and spoke.

"And one more thing, my treat. Shane, use my card and eat all you want. You all did a great job today, I mean every time. I just want to express how thankful I am to all of you." I said with a smile. They all said 'Awee' in a soothing sound.

"Thank you Ms. Keira" They all said, I nod and smiled at them.

"You're welcome. Now go before I change my mind.. just kidding." I said then they all laugh and got out of the place leaving just the two of us.

"You have a lot of loyal workers, and I can clearly see why" He said sincere, I looked at him and smile.

"I know that. So, where are you taking me by the way?" I said changing the topic.

"Patience my wife, you're gonna love it" He said like seducing me. I pushed him away in a playful manner with a big grin all over my face. We both laugh at that. We came home to our room just to change into more formal attire for this dinner he's talking about.

I don't know why, but I just agreed without any argument. Maybe I am starting to like this man. Maybe. Who knows right? Maybe I can. Maybe he can. Maybe we can.

He booked us a dinner in this nice fancy restaurant right around the place where we're staying at. It was so beautiful, and I just wore the right dress for this.

"It's beautiful" I mumble, while we're walking and getting in. My hands are in his arms. And he smells so good too. What could go wrong with this dinner right?

"Yes, it is. I told you, you're gonna like it" He said, I just smiled at him. One of the staff guide us to our reserved table.

"Thank you" I said to him when he get my chair for me to seat like a real gentleman.

"What do you want?" I heard him while he was looking at the menu. Well, there is a lot of delicious food in here but I decided to make him choose what I eat.

"You choose. Surprise me." I said like challenging him. He just smirk then smile at me, I chuckle and he did too.

"Okay then" He said, then he called the waiter to say all of our orders.

"Want some wine Miss?" Another waiter said to pour us some wine, and he was smiling beautifully at me. I was about to say something when he suddenly spoke.

"Is that an alcohol free wine?" He asked, I was about to ask that. And he was all in serious mode while looking at the waiter. The waiter became tense with the tone King was making.

"N-no s-sir" He said stuttering. Poor guy, he faced the not so nice King. And I don't know why he's all that all of a sudden.

"Then I'm sure you have some of that, right?" He said again. I was just looking at them. The waiter just nods and go in a hurry to get that alcohol free wine.

"Wait. What was that?" I asked him quietly. He just shrug at me.

"I was just asking" He said like an innocent.

"Oh come on King. We both know what you just did. Are you jealous?" I said to tease him. He just smirk at me.
