5. The phone call

SS: Vaise phone kyu kiya?

Santu's dad: Beta dekho baat aisi hai ki humaare paas time bohot kam hai taiyaariyo ke liye. Vapis jaake decoration or baaki sab bhi toh dekhna hai. Isliye hum sab parents aaj raat tak nikal jayenge Ghaziabaad ke liye, or shopping bhi vahi kar lenge. Tum log bhi aaj duty karke kal nikal jaana. 

Santu's mom: Or Haseena beta, ho sake toh Pushpa Ji ko aaj Chutti dedo. Vo bhi humaare saath hi chalengi.

HM: Ji zaroor Aunty ji. Pushpa Ji, aap jaa sakti hai.

Pushpa nodded and smiled.

Mataji (Anubhav and Karishma's mom) : Or tum sab bache kal jaldi nikalna, shopping vaha jaake dekh lenge. Yaha se jo zaroori ho sirf vahi saaman laana.

Everyone nodded. 

Santu's mom: Toh hum rakhte hai. Sab kal jaldi aa jaana, hum tum sab se seedha vahin milenge. 

All nodded and the call ended.

HM: Pushpa ji, aap jaldi jaayiye or packing shuru kar dijiye. Kal milte hai.

PS: Ji maddam sir. 

VS: Aayiye amma, hum aapko ghar chhod dete hai fir chale jayenge office.

VS and PS left. NS too left as she was returning to Ghaziabad with the parents. AS and HM went inside the cabin. KS, SS and CC went to their respective desk.

SS: Sab kitne jaldi jaldi ho raha hai na Cheete!? Believe hi nhi ho raha ki or 10 din me Di ki shaadi ho jayegi!

CC: Bilkul sahi keh rahi hai aap Santu Ji! Aaj hum yaha baithe hai, kal iss time pe hum shayad car me honge, Ghaziabaad jaate hue.

SS: Vaise tu kab shaadi karega Cheete?

CC: Aap haa bol dengi toh hum abhi shaadi kar lenge Santu Ji.

SS: Cheete, mai kyu mana karungi?

CC: Sachi Santu Ji? Aapki haa hai?

SS: Haa. Mai kyu teri shaadi ke liye mana karungi? Haa par ladki se zaroor milwana shaadi se pehle.

CC: Kitni masoom hai aap Santu ji, Uff yeh Masoomiyat!

KS: Amaa bhakk! Kaam karne ki koshish kar rahe hai hum yaha.

Meanwhile, in HM's cabin.

AS: Hum toh Nikki ke vivah ke kiye bohot utsuk hai.

HM: Hum bhi! Finally Nikki ki shaadi ho rahi hai. Kitne time se wait kar rahe the hum sab iss din ka.

She said while seaching for a file in the shelf.

AS: Aap samjhi nahi Priye! Hum Nikki ke vivah ke liye toh utsuk hai hi, parr uss vivah me kisiko saje-dhaje dekhne ke liye zyada utsuk hai.

He came and back hugged her.

HM: Sir aap kya kar rahe hai? Yeh thana hai, koi dekh lega!

AS: Koi nahi dekhega. Or vaise bhi darwaze ki oiling check karne ke liye yaha Pushpa ji bhi nahi hai abhi.

Just then KS entered.

KS: Maddam Sir, vo yeh file-

She saw them and immediately turned away from them. AS left HM and they stood straight.

KS: Sorry hum baad me aate hai.

HM: Aree Karishma Singh, bataiye kya kaam tha.

KS turned around and saw that the couple were blushing hard. She couldn't hold her laughter but still tried to suppress it.

AS: Uhm, Hum chalte hai. Jai Hind.

KS and HM: Jai Hind Sir!

AS left. KS and HM continued with their work.

At evening.

AS (on call) : Haseena Ji, aaj aapko thane me kisiko night duty pe rakhne ki aavashyakta nhi hai, hum kisi ko bhej denge. Aap sab apne apne ghar ke taraf prasthan kar sakte hai.

HM: Thanku sir. Jai Hind

AS: Jai Hind!

The call ended. HM came outside her cabin and all stood up.

HM: Aap sab ab ghar jaa sakte hai, night duty ke liye sir yaha kisi or ko bhej rahe hai.

All nodded and soon left for their houses.

At KS' home

VS and KS were packing. PS had already left with other parents.

VS: Karu yeh dekho na, konsa vala coat better hai.

KS: Amaa aap bhi na. Koi bhi le lijiye, dono ache hi hai. Or vaise bhi aap jo bhi pehne, dikhenge toh vaise ke vaise hi.

VS: Aree yaar aisa kya karti ho. Batao na.

KS: Acha thik hai, Vo right hand wala le lijiye. 

KS was taking out her clothes from the cupboard and suddenly VS back hugs her.

KS: Kya kar rahe hai aap. Chhodiye hume, bohot saara kaam hai.

VS: Harr vakt kaam kaam, kabhi apne Patidev ko bhi thoda vakt de diya karo.

KS: Fir kabhi, parr abhi nahi, abhi bohot kaam hai.

At Santu's quater room.

SS threw a couple of clothes on the bed in frustation.

SS: Yaar konsi dress lu, samajh nhi aa raha.

At CC's home.

CC had already done his packing. He was keeping his bag in the hall when his phone rang. Atfer seeing that it was SS' call, he picked it up in a bhayankar speed.

CC: Hi Santu Ji!

SS: Hi hello chhod Cheete, jaldi mere ghar aa!

CC (worried) : Kya hua Santu ji, aap thik toh hai na!?

SS: Haa cheete, bass tu aa jaldi!

CC: Haa Santu ji, bass 5 minute me aa rahe hai.

He immediately left for SS' home, and reached there very soon. He rang the door bell and soon she opened the door and the scene in front of him shocked him.
