Can you let me in?

Chp 16

After a few hours Nat hears y/n start to fuss. Nat quickly looks over to Wanda who is sleeping soundly in the copilot's spot. Not wanting to wake her, Nat puts the plane on autopilot and heads in back to check on y/n.

Nat crouches down next to where y/n is laying. She slowly places a hand on her cheek and brushes her thumb over her cheek bone to try and soothe her.

"Mama?" Y/n gets out trying to open her eyes. Nat immediately smiles knowing her babygirl is back.

"Yes babygirl, it's okay you can go back to sleep." Nat suggests hoping she will take it.

"Mmmkay" y/n says turning into Nats touch as she brings her thumb up to suck on.

Nat stays there for another minute and continues to stroke her cheek until she feels y/n fully relax. Once she does, Nat slowly slips her hand back and heads back up to the pilots seat.

After a few more hours Nat starts to land the quinjet. Nat leans over and slightly shakes Wanda to wake her.

"Sorry to wake you but we are here." Nat says, causing Wanda to look around.

"And where is here?" Wanda says as she looks around trying to gather her surroundings.

"Russia, it's a safe house my family set up. I'm going to clear it first then I will bring you and y/n in." Natasha says, pulling out her gun.

Wanda grabs Nats wrist to stop her. "Be safe please."

"I always am." Nat says as she leans down and gives Wanda a quick peck on the lips before exiting the quinjet.

Natasha slowly makes her way to the safe house. She quickly scans the area before taking her key out and going to unlock the door.

Once she opens the door she quickly raises her gun to meet Yelena's which is pointing right at her.

"It's really you?" Yelena asks, gun still trained on Natasha.

Natasha pauses a moment unsure of how to prove it's her until it hits her. Natasha quickly whistles two tones looking at Yelena, who lowers her gun and whistles back.

Both women look at each other not sure what to say or do. "So why are you here?" Yelena finally asks, eyeing her older sister.

"We need a place to stay, lay low for a while." Natasha says, looking around. "Is it just you here?"

"No, Alexei and Melina are here. If you don't want them to see you I suggest you go quickly." Yelena offers knowing the family doesn't have the best dynamics.

"Is there room for us here?" Natasha asks, wanting an honest answer. Yelena breaks into a smile and nods.

"Did you at least bring one of the big ones with you?" Yelena asks but gets quickly interrupted by Alexei.

"Natasha! You're home." He says pulling her into a hug which she doesn't reciprocate.

"And she brought guests." Yelena says, smirking.

"Is.. is it Captain America? He wants to chat with me doesn't he." Alexei says excitedly.

"No, it's Wanda and Y/n." Natasha says, shaking her head.

"Wanda as in Wanda maximoff?! The Red Witch and the Red guardian team up to fight for... what are we fighting for?" Alexei asks.

"Yes Wanda, but it's Scarlet Witch not Red Witch. Also please don't call her that." Natasha says, shaking her head. "And we aren't fighting we just need a place to lay low in for a bit." Natasha says looking between the two.
