I awoke to the sound of Mrs. Weasley calling us all down stairs to board the train. Thankfully I had packed everything a couple days before. I grabbed Hedwig's cage and my trunk and headed downstairs. Mrs. Weasley greeted me with a large smile and a hug. "Arthur will be taking you all to the station today. Have a wonderful year!"
Once everyone was out the door she pulled me aside and said "if you ever need anything, don't be afraid to write to me or Arthur. And don't forget you also have Sirius to write to." She said cheerfully. "Now off you go, be safe."
"Thank you Mrs. Weasley, for everything." I said as I hurried out the door.
We arrived at the station.
"Always packed with muggles!" Exclaimed Mr. Weasley. I was first to cross through the border of platform 9 3/4. Behind the wall was a large train. Wizards and witches were bustling everywhere trying to get their kids on the train. I noticed a couple of people were staring at me. I continued forward as I saw Ron and Hermione come through the border. They boarded the train and sat in a compartment a little way down the train. Hermione let Crookshanks out and the orange cat snuggled up against my leg. I was still in a sort of trance from last night, the thoughts were still pounding in my head. How was I alone going to defeat Voldemort? I gazed out the window looking at the hills and the streams that flowed by as rain began to fall splattering the window like droplets of blood... What was I thinking? Droplets of blood. What was wrong with me? I shook my head. My scar was aching and I tried to stop the pain by closing my eyes. I suddenly got up and started to walk out of the compartment.
"Where are you going?" Asked Hermione.
"Erm... fresh air." I said quickly, turning to leave. I speed walked down the hallway turning the corner to walk into the tiny bathroom. I stared into the mirror waiting to see a different face staring back at me. Something wasn't right. Why was I feeling like this, and why was my scar hurting so much. Just then I felt a blinding pain. The next thing I knew I was gliding down a hallway. It was dark. The floor, walls, and ceiling were all made of black marble. There was a door at the end of the hallway with a big brass door knob. I wanted more than anything to open the door, to get whatever lay ahead. The walls were shrinking. Slowly I began slipping away.
"Bailee"
A distant voice shouted
"Bailee!"
It was much closer now
I opened my eyes. I had fallen to the floor but someone had propped me up against the wall. I was shaking as pain still flowed through me. I took big gasps of air.
"Hey it's ok, What happened?" Said a cool voice. I looked up. Draco Malfoy was staring at me with a concerned look in his eyes.
"I don't know," I said, rubbing my scar.
"Are you ok?" He asked
"Yeah I'm fine" I said, still shaking. I tried to stand but he pushed me back down.
"Don't get up yet. Just rest for a second."
I calmed down a little more and took deep breaths. He helped me to my feet.
"Thanks" I said
"Yeah, no problem," he said.
He led me outside of the bathroom and turned to look at me.
"Do you want me to walk you back to your compartment?" He asked
"I'll be alright" I said, giving him a soft smile.
"Oh,...ok" he said, returning the smile. I turned and started walking back to my compartment. As I turned I looked back to see draco staring after me. He gave a small wave and left.
"What took you so long." Said Ron looking worried.
"Nothing," I said.
"I just needed a lot of fresh air." I turned back to the window as the rain continued to pour down but my mind kept wandering back to Draco.

Bailee exited the train following Ron and Hermione. She felt very exhausted and considered skipping the feast and going straight to bed.
"First years this way!" Bellowed Hagrid, the caretaker of magical creatures.
"Hello Bailee!" Hagrid said with a cheerful look on his face. "Hello Hagrid," Bailee said, trying to manage a smile. They continued to walk down the path until they got to the carriages.
"What's that pulling the carriages?" Exclaimed Bailee.
"Nothing is pulling them." Said Hermione slightly confused. Bailee ignored her and went to touch one of the horse- like creatures. It looked to be withering away.
"Don't worry," said a dreamy voice, "I can see them too, you're just as sane as I am." Bailee looked up there sitting in the carriage was Luna Lovegood.
"Hi Luna" said Neville Longbottom as he rushed forward to sit next to her. Bailee, Ron and Hermionie, joined Neville in the carriage. Hermionie kept giving Bailee glances although expecting her to shout out that she could see some other kind of invisible creature walking along the path. They were approaching the castle now. She could see light coming from every window. The castle looked beautiful in the moonlight. The black lake was glistening, Bailee could have sworn she heard mermaids singing in the distance. They were reaching the entrance of the castle now. She could see students already unloading their things and heading to the great hall.
