It was 4:45. She had to get to Professor Umbridge's office for detention. She quickly packed up her books and homework and set it on a table in the corner. She raced out of the common room and headed down the hall. She turned another corner and there was professor Umbridge's office. She opened the door and walked across the room to the small staircase. She climbed the stairs and knocked on Professor Umbriges door.
"Come in." Said a small squeaky voice. Bailee opened the door and walked in. The walls were all pink and paintings of cats were all over the walls. Bailee almost couldn't see Professor Umbridge, her outfit matched the walls. She walked over to the tiny chair across Professor Umbridge's desk and sat down.
"You'll be doing lines for me today.'' she said in the same squeaky voice.
"I haven't brought a quill." Bailee said unenthusiastically.
"Oh no need. You will be using a special quill of mine."
She took out a red quill from her desk drawer. She placed it next to the parchment in front of Bailee.
"I want you to write... I must not tell lies." Umbridge said.
Bailee glared at her and sighed "You haven't given me any ink."
"Oh you won't be needing any." said Umbridge
"How many times should I write it?"
"Until the message... sinks in."
Bailee touched the paper with the quill and began to write... I must not tell lies. She knew the message she was writing was the real lie. She knew Voldemort was back. She felt a small itching on the back of her hand but she ignored it. She continued to write when she felt pain instead of itching on the back of her hand. Just with her eyes she glanced over and saw on the back of her hand, the sentence, I must not tell lies carved into her skin. It wasn't too deep yet. Bailee made sure not to make a single noise because she didn't want to give Umbridge the satisfaction. She continued to write. The ink was her own blood. Each time the message carved a little deeper into her skin. Droplets of blood trickled down her hand and onto the table. After about an hour or two the cut was bleeding out of every corner. Her skin had turned very red and It hurt...alot. Suddenly Professor Umbrige spoke.
"That will be all for today Ms. Potter."
Bailee looked up and glared at her for a moment before setting down the quill and standing up. She turned to head out the door.
"We will continue tomorrow." said Professor Umbrige.
Bailee said nothing and walked out of the tiny office. She quickly sped out of the classroom and to the nearest bathroom where she carefully washed off the blood on her hand. She applied a glamour charm. Her skin was still red and irritated but the cuts seemed to lessen. She knew underneath the cuts would still be deep but at least no one would notice now. She headed out of the bathroom. She decided to take a walk in the rain just to clear her head. On her way to the front doors she saw Ron and Hermionie. She was happy to see them both.
"Where have you been?" Said Ron, "I haven't seen you since Umbridge's class."
"I went up to the common room to study and then I had detention with Umbridge.
"What did you do in detention?" said Hermionie.
"I just wrote lines." Bailee said in an unenthusiastic tone.
"I'm going for a walk, I'll see you both up in the common room later."
"Ok." said Ron and Hermionie both looking a little hurt that Bailee didn't want to join them. She smiled and walked out the front doors. Bailee hadn't seen Draco since class and she really missed him. She continued to walk. Then out of the corner of her eye she saw someone
