Bailee Potter

OWLS

This week was going to be stressful. Bailee woke up bright and early but layed in bed for a couple minutes to mentally prepare for the day. She had been studying all week for her OWLS. She was beyond nervous. She walked to her first class of the day with Ron and Hermione. It was transfiguration. They had to transfigure a cauldron to a bouncy ball and then back again. Bailee did well on that portion but when it came to answering questions she forgot almost half of the spells she had to use. Next she had charms which she did well on. Then potions class. She sat down at her desk. Their task was to make a vial of (insert potion). She almost forgot to add some of the ingredients but Hermione nudged her shoulder and reminded Bailee. In the end she completed it. Snape gave a nod and wrote something down on his paper. He moved on to the next student. That was the end of exams for that day until night when they had their astronomy exam. Bailee walked to the great hall for lunch and saw Draco studying alone at the Slytherin table. She walked over to him and sat down.
"Hey Gorgeous" He said.
Bailee blushed.
"Hey handsome." She replied.
Draco put an arm around Bailee.
"what are you up to today?" he asked
"I have the astronomy OWL tonight which means i'm gonna be up late." she responded
"Awwww that's too bad," He said " I was gonna take you out for a midnight stroll."
"We can still go after." she said optimistically
"Ok , as long as you can still get some sleep." he said
"I'll be fine." Bailee responded happily.
Draco kissed her forehead and she stood up to walk over to the Gryffindor table. She sat down next to Ron and slowly began eating lunch.

(At the astronomy tower)
Bailee was charting the stars using the telescope Professor Sinistr had given to them. She was jittery just thinking about meeting Draco.
"And... put your papers down." Professor Sinistr said.
Bailee sighed, thankfully she had just finished.
"Hand your charts to me and you may leave." She said.
Bailee quickly gave in her chart and raced down the astronomy tower steps. Draco said to meet him in the courtyard again. She walked along the corridors until she saw Draco standing in the middle of the courtyard smiling. She ran up to him and hugged him.
"Ready for a midnight stroll m,lady? He asked
"Mhm" she said, still smiling up at him.
She didn't know how or why but she was so madly in love with this boy.
He led her down a path around the castle so they could see all the beautiful lights. They talked about the future and how they were doing. After a while they started to talk about Voldemort.
Bailee turned to face Draco.
"Promise me you will never become bad. Promise me you will never follow Voldemort."
Draco smiled and leaned towards Bailee.
"I promise." he whispered and kissed Bailee.
She kissed him back and laced her fingers through his hair. He brought his hand up to her cheek and put one hand around her waist.
