Operation Blue Blood

                    Ellie's POV:

                As we approached the compound, I motioned to my team where there were guards on the wall. I could sense four guards patrolling on top of the wall that we were going to go over, two in the towers, and a group patrolling outside the wall. I could see all of them perfectly with my adapted night vision. There was one straggler behind the patrolling group and Susie took her chance to drop him. She waited until he walked in front of the bush that she was in and stabbed the guard in the neck then dragged his body into the bush which was unnoticed by the guards on the wall. "Clockwork," Toby said quietly over coms, "Create a distraction to draw the other guards away from the wall." "I'm on it," Clockwork replied. She threw a rock over to where it was a few meters away from the group and they investigated the noise. The guards patrolling on top of the wall were walking around the corner on the other side of the complex so we took this chance to get over the wall. We all dropped down in a courtyard that was lightly guarded and we found an armory that had enough Ingen security uniforms for all of us to blend in. "Sh*t," EJ said looking at my tail and fins, "She will give us away." "Masky had a plan for this," Toby said while pulling out a bottle that had a yellow liquid sloshing inside of it, "Ellie, take this." He tossed it to me and I caught the bottle with the strange liquid inside of it. "What will it do?" I asked him after uncorking the bottle. "It will make you look like a human," He replied, "Don't worry, it's not permanent. It should wear off in an hour which is long enough to get what we need." I moved the lip of the bottle to my lips then drank the liquid while making sure that my gills were tightly shut so none of the liquid leaked out of them. At first, I thought that the process would be painful but it wasn't at all. "I don't feel any different," I said after a minute of waiting for the effects. "You do look different," Susie said while pulling out a small mirror and showing me what I looked like. I had pale skin that looks like human skin, my eyes were blue and they didn't have slit pupils like they normally did, and my hair was blond. My teeth appeared to be human teeth but I could still see a faint blue glow on them. My fins and my powerful tail were gone but I could still feel them there as if they were phantom objects. I then suited up to look like the guards outside then we all grabbed an assault rifle and a pistol just in case we have to fight our way out. We walked out and Connor told us which wing the bio-components were kept and we went there.

                    We were able to walk past all of the guards but when we rounded the corner to the bio-components storage, my heart dropped as I saw a person who I thought was dead for years. "Ah, Mr. Wick," A guard greeted him with a smile, "What brings you here." "Kamski has a job for me," John replied. He was in his assassin work clothes. I was forced into the storage room by my team then I gathered everything that we needed to fix Connor but when we walked out of the room, John noticed us. "Stop right there!" He called out while pulling a gun out. "Sh*t," Toby said putting his hands up with a smoke bomb in his right. "Put your rifles down!" John commanded, "Then walk towards me slowly." Toby turned then threw the smoke bomb at John's face then we booked it out of there. We had to kill a few guards then we were chased by John himself. I was at the back of the group when I was tackled by the assassin. I tried to kick him off of me but he moved too fast for me to do anything. In the middle of our fight, my sleeve hiding my Tattau was ripped and it revealed it. John stopped fighting me when he looked at it. "Ellie?!" He said confused, "Why the hell are you raiding Ingen?" "We are trying to get enough parts to fix an android," I replied. I saw a flash of Susie's knife fly through the air and John noticed this and he ducked before the knife stabbed him. "Stop!" I said getting up and standing in front of John. "They with you?" John asked me then I nodded. He looked at Toby intently then pulled a gun out on him. "Tobias Rodgers!?" He said surprised. "How the f*ck do you know my name?!" Toby said walking closer while ignoring the gun. "Can we not do this right now?!" I said while holding Toby back with my phantom tail. "John," A voice on the assassin's radio said, "Do you have any trace of the intruders?" "No," He replied after pressing the button to talk, "They have escaped but they won't get away that easy. I will hunt them down." "Come back after you do it," The man replied. "Let's go," He said after ditching the radio.
