Devour Hope

                 When I spawned into the trial, I immediately heard someone fast-vaulting through a window to get my attention. I feral frenzied over there and sure enough, it was Feng. My heart skipped a beat when I saw her and she yelled in an excited voice, "Cutie!" I ran to her and hugged her as the other three survivors watched from a distance. "Oy," David said behind us, "It's the bloody wanker here to kill us! Feng, stop being a gay c*nt and get on the damn ge-" I stabbed the Scottish prick in his shoulder with feral frenzy. I went out of feral and downed him the proceeded to kill him on the spot.

                   Blood coated the front side of my hoodie and covered my hands as I got back up and turned to Feng. I slowly walked over to her with the blood-soaked knife still in my hand while everyone that was watching all held their breaths. I hugged Feng tightly as I muttered something under my breath. "He won't be bothering us for the rest of the trial," I said with a smile that was hidden by my mask. I took her hand in mine as the other survivors stared at us. One of which, was Quinton Smith, he had a known crush on Feng but I was the one in his way. I told Feng to work on a gen then left to go find the other survivors. I heard Feng scream from the other side of the map and I instantly went into my feral frenzy to get to her. I saw Quinton pinning my Feng to a T-wall sliding a hand under her shirt. I jumped onto Quinton then dragged him into the open then proceed to stab him over and over again while screaming that Feng is mine. When I finally grew tired, he was reduced to a pulp and I was covered in blood. I was breathing heavily as I turned to Feng to see if she was okay. Despite me being covered in blood, Feng still ran to me and almost jumped into my arms. Claudette looked at us and asked what had happened as Feng cried in my blood-soaked arms. "Quinton tried something," I said holding my knife out to show the survivor then I growled, "Leave now or you will be killed like the rest of them." Claudette wasted no time in running away as Feng got back on the same gen that they were on. "You know the Entity will punish you after this match," Feng said with a sniffle. "I know," I said sitting next to her, "I can already feel the burning inside of me." "I won't get mad if you hook me," She said slowly going back to her old self, "I will just get brought back." "I know," I said taking my mask off, "But I hate doing this to you." "The Entity will get tired of you letting me escape," Feng said as a gen was completed. I sighed and got back up with my mask on then I downed Feng then hooked her. Claudette was left so I went after her and managed to kill her before she found the hatch.

                  I was in a dark abyss instead of the place I was sent to after trials were completed. Thick fog with small spider legs within it covered the void that I was in and it brought Quinton Smith with it. Rage boiled inside of me as soon as I saw him but the Entity spoke before I could do anything. "Both of you have displeased me," It said in an angered voice, "But you, Quinton, you shall have the harshest punishment. There are a lot of things that I tolerate in this place but trying to rape another survivor is not one!" "You let killers torment us," Quinton said right before his shoulders were skewered by the Entity's spider legs. "That is enough out of you!" The Entity growled while assimilating a fog outline of a demonic being, "You will go through trial after trial with Susie as your killer and she will have access to all perks and addons and she will kill you however she wants until I say you can stop! She will no longer be under my control and she can use all of her abilities against you!" I felt joy in this knowing that I can use my power to its full potential. I am already much faster than the other Legion in my feral frenzy due to what Mercer had done to me but now, I can use all of this against Quinton. "As for you," The Entity said turning to face me, "I will not allow you to go up against Feng Min until I allow you to do so." I wanted to protest against this but I knew what would happen if I did so I just nodded my head. "Have fun," It said sending us to our own little arena.
