Claire's POV:
When the dust finally settled, Ellie was laying in a creator with her eyes closed. Her breathing was slowed and labored and I honestly thought that she was dying. I could do nothing but watch as one of my friends dying in a creator. Slender-man picked Ellie up and brought her inside where the healing pool was waiting for her then sat her down in the shimmering blue water. The bruises on her body slowly started to disappear as some blood started to slightly cloud the water. Alex was still with us and without any hesitation, I grabbed the emo-f*ck by his collar and dragged him outside. "Leave now!" I snarled. "I didn't want to hurt your friend that bad," He said. I wasted no time and impaled him with my tail spike and lifted him off the ground. "Leave now or you will be killed!" I hissed in his face. He morphed his hands into his bladed claws and yanked his body off of my tail then back-handed me in my ribs. This sent me flying through a window causing glass shards to stab into my sides and arms. When I finally got back onto my feet, Alex was gone. Haylie was the first to come to help me with Connor on her heels. "That wasn't a good idea, Claire," Connor said, "He could have helped us take down Ingen." "Shut it!" I said weakly as I started to pass out. Haylie was saying something but I couldn't understand her as I slumped over and everything faded to black...
