Ultima Book III

Assault on Ingen

As you know, this chapter will have gore and cursing and lots of death XD

                  When I got there, I didn't waste any time on going the sneaky route, I just started fighting the personnel. Their bullets just bounced off of my skin as I killed all of them one by one in an increasingly brutal way. I finally made it inside of the main building while leaving the area outside a massive pool of blood. I already have a supernova growing inside of me from the slaughter outside and small bolts of electricity kept escaping my glowing blue skin. I walked through the corridors while fighting security as I go along, their blood and their fear just fueling the ever-growing supernova. When I finally made it to the main lab, the walls, lights, and even the locked steel doors started to melt around me and I was able to walk through the closed door that was between me and my target. "She's here!" A man said frantically over the radio, "Release subject 2895!" I looked over to a cage door open and the hybrid that killed my pups walked out in indoraptor form. It roared at me but this just infuriated me so I charged at the hybrid and I started unleashing my rage. Even in its raptor form, it was no match for me, I ripped his throat out and the wound melted away. He died a slow death as I watched with a small bloodstained smile on my face as he twitched sporadically until he stopped moving. The supernova still hasn't subsided and I saw a Blackwatch with a .50 BMG out of the corner of my eye but before I could react, he had fired the gun. I was covered in a cloak of electricity and the bullet passed through me while being melted. I then rematerialized and he fired another round at me but before the bullet reached me, it melted. "You can't kill me!" Dark and I said defiantly. I walked or more like I blinked over to him while shrouded by electricity then I touched the gun and I watched it melt. He pulled a grenade from his belt when I shoved him against the wall and before I could react are realized that the pin was already pulled, the grenade exploded in both of our faces. I was sent flying backward while the Blackwatch was reduced to a pile of incinerated flesh. I was surrounded by Blackwatch personnel and all of them have .50 Beowulfs. There was one Blackwatch that stood out the most, this one was wearing white with black body armor. He pulled out a desert eagle and walked towards me then pointed it at me. "You shouldn't have come here, girl," He growled while pulling the hammer back on the gun. He fired the gun and the bullet went into my chest but it didn't go through, and I blacked out.

                     When I finally woke up, I was strapped down to a table wearing nothing but a muzzle. I looked around the room that I was in and I saw a cage that had glowing red eyes gleaming at me. There was also another cage that had frost blue glowing eyes and one look into them made my body feel cold. The frost eyes moved closer to the barred door and I saw a white wolf with frost blue stripes. "Ah," A voice said in a speaker, "The specimen is awake." He saw my gaze at the white wolf and he went on to explain what it is, "That you see there, is called a Winter Ultima. Not much is known about them but they have a blood feud with the Ultima bloodline." I felt a sharp pain in my chest then I remembered what happened. "You have been a thorn in our side ever since you escaped that lab!" The man said over the intercom, "Now you will be locked in a cage like all the other abominations in this lab." Blackwatch personnel flooded into the room as I thrashed in my restraints. I felt too weak to produce another supernova and the Blackwatch grabbed my tail that had broken free then pinned it down. Another soldier stuck a needle into my gills and injected the liquid into me then everything faded to black.

                    I woke up to the feeling of an ice-cold wolf tongue licking my flank and I shot up with an intense pain still in my chest. My stripes on my dorsal and other fins illuminated the dark cage while icy blue eyes looked at me on the other side of the cage. I was still nude but I didn't care because I shot up ready to attack the wolf. The white wolf lowered itself submissively and I eased myself down. I just realized that I didn't have Owen's necklace around my neck and a feeling of panic swept over me. The white wolf morphed into a small wolf girl that looked barely older than Bella, and she didn't have any clothes on either. "They took everything," She said in a small voice, "They don't like us having trinkets to play with or that remind us of home." "Why did they take you?" I asked the little girl while moving closer to her. "My mom abandoned me when I was little when she found out what I could do," The girl said with tears falling from her eyes, "I turned other kids into frost wolves and they attacked the town that I lived in. When my mommy found out that I caused this, she used a silver dagger on me and told me to leave her home. I tried to find a new home, but everyone threw me out when I accidentally changed them. Now people know what I am and the humans are mean to me and I don't know why. I just want a home like everyone else." I pulled the pup in for a hug to calm her down as she cried in my arms. "I will get us out of here," I said stroking the little girl's hair. I asked what her name was and she replied saying that her name was Lumi. I told her my name then the hybrid in the cage next to us growled. I sniffed and I recognized that the hybrid was male. A group of Blackwatch personnel approached our cage and they unlocked it, but before I could escape, they had a pole noose around my neck and they forced me out of the cage. Lumi cried out in protest but she was forced into the back of the cage while two other men tried to put a shock collar wound my neck. "Stop struggling or the Winter Ultima will be killed!" The Blackwatch commander said with his gun trained on the little girl. I relaxed my body and glared with hatred at the commander while my gills flared. They put the shock collar on me then told me to start walking. "If you try to escape," The commander said, "You will be electrocuted." I knew that the electricity would only charge my power but I didn't want them to know that so I just acted like I was scared of the collar. We walked past so many cages with many different hybrids and monsters imprisoned inside of them. I was forced into a room that had a solitary cage on the other side and it had an observatory area suspended from the ceiling. The soldiers left the room and I was left alone in the room with only Irene knowing what is in that cage. The cage door opened and I was met with two glowing red orbs staring at me. The creature moved out of the cage and it stood at its full height at 12 feet and I felt my blood run cold because I knew exactly what this thing was. I am face to face with none other than a Wendigo.
