So this last week has been pretty good if you ask me. The only thing on my mind is what are we. I mean Last Saturday Declan said he liked me and he wanted to get to know me more. We have been staying at his place because of Alex. We watch movies with the boys and he is always cuddling me and the boys. I sleep in his bed still but I am still not sure. Maybe I should just ask.

I was getting ready for work which I still work at the school. I heard a noise outside and it scared me. I looked out the window and saw a figure standing there looking up into the room. I couldn't see who it was or even if it was a man or woman. I backed away and continued to get ready. I am not going to say anything just yet.

After I got ready and then went to the boys room to help them. They were just getting up and Jake looked as if he was going to get sick. I ran over to him and as soon as I got there he threw up all over me. My poor baby. Jessie ran to get Declan as I ran to get a towel and a thermometer. I was soon by his side checking to see if he had a fever or not.

"Hey what is going on in here? Jessie came running to me. Heather is everything OK whats wrong with Jake?"

"He is sick and he has a fever of 102.6. I need to get him to the doctors. I wont be in today sorry. "

"Don't worry I will take you both. Kate can drop Jessie off at school."

"Declan no its fine you go to work and Jessie can go with you. Jessie can you go get my phone please"

"Heather I don't mind going with you."

"Its fine Declan plus the more your around him the more chance you have of catching it."

"OK I will help Jessie get ready please let me know what happens and what the doctor says."

"I will thanks for worrying"

Jessie brought my phone to me and then Declan took him out for breakfast before school. I rang the doctor and got Jake in at noon. I also gave Jake a fever reducer. Thank god the boys doctor can always get them in. I then rang Declan and told him I am taken him at noon. He sounded relieved. I can't believe how much he cares for my boys. Their father hasn't even called to check up this whole week.

Its noon and Jake and I are sitting in the doctors waiting on her to come in. Jake keeps shivering and getting sick. I always hate when the boys are sick. I wish I could change places with them. i received a text from Declan that said 'please call me as soon as your done there. XOX'! He is so caring its nice. I replied and as soon as I hit send the doctor came in.

"Hello Miss Sommers! How is Jake doing?"

"Hello and not good I don't think his fever came down at all since I gave him the reducer. He keepd getting sick and shivering"

"Well I am going to run some test but it seems like he has a stomach bug. But lets be sure first."

The doctor called the nurse in and told her to get some blood samples and then she told me she would be back as soon as the test come back. See that's what I love about this office they are quick they don't leave you waiting by the phone for your results and they don't just assume. As I was waiting, Jake looked at me with sad eyes.

"Jake baby what is it?"

"Mommy am I going to die like my daddy?"

"Oh sweetie no your going to be fine, we just have to make sure you don't have something more than a tummy bug"

"Mommy one more thing"

"Yes"

"Is Declan going to be mine and Jessie's new daddy because we really like him."
