Chapter 27- Getting the Surprise ready!

Chapter 27

So the drive to Emma's was eventful. We started to talk about the last time we drove there. He started it by calling me a pet name. I made fun of him and started calling him a different pet name. We laughed. We talked about Taylor's wedding which is next weekend. We talked about school and how the boys were being. We talked about my modeling. Then we started talking about us and the future.

"Heather I just really want you to know that I would do anything for you and the boys"

"I know that"

"Well just to let you know that when we get to my mom's I am taken the boys some where."

"Oh and I am not aloud to go?" I asked just playing around.

"No" Was all he said.

"No! Why not?"

"Its a surprise the boys and I planned for you, and don't ask what it is. I will not tell you!"

"Fine I don't want to know anyways."

"Awe is my little baby sad because I wont tell her what her surprise is?"

"Shut up Declan."

The rest of the drive was me giving Declan evil looks. Declan laughing and smirking at me. He knew I was I not mad. But I was trying so hard to be mad. I don't know why, I guess I just wanted to see if I could be mad at him. I gave up on it about 15 minutes into it. He looked at me and his smirk turned into a sexy smile. I smiled back.

Once we got to Emma's. I noticed everyone was there. I love this family. They are always getting together. I also noticed that Luke, Missy, and Jonathan was here too! Wow they invited my family as well. I walked over to Luke and hugged him tight. He looked at me with sad eyes.

"Heather whats wrong?"

"I saw dad. He was at Alex's and Mary's trial."

"Did you speak to him?"

"Yes but not long. He hates me. He thinks its my fault that everything went wrong. It sounds like he was helping Mary this whole time."

"That wouldn't surprise me. You know they had a affair when we was younger. That's why mom said she would give Mary her company only that you were to marry Alex. Mom thought if she set that up, that dad would stay with her. But dad always went back to Mary. I don't know why exactly. The only thing I know is Alex has a half brother, and I think that his half brother is ours as well. He is a year older then you and Alex. But when she found out she was pregnant with Alex Mary told Pat about the other child not being his and she didn't want him. She didn't tell Pat about being pregnant. That when he took off with the other child who could be our brother as well."

"Are you serious?"

"Yeah I have been searching for the boy since I left home. I haven't found much only his name."

"His name wouldn't happen to be Drake would it?"

"Yeah how did you know.?"

"Because Drake helped me by telling me about Alex. I guess when Alex faked his death he went to stay with Pat and Drake. I also guess that when Pat found out that Drake was not his son and that Alex was he treated Drake differently. So Drake could be our half brother? Wow our family is screwed up" Luke chuckled.

"Yep our family is. So do you think Drake knows? Also you think I could meet him."

"I don't think he knows and yes I am sure we can get together."
