"What do you think?" My manager Alex asked Kailani as she shrugged, "I mean if you really think me being around him more will help his 'image' then I mean I guess I'm down"
"Youngboy also tells me you need a job, you have the looks and you seem pretty funny so I think we should get you and YouTube channel" Alex suggested and I nodded. "YouTube?" Kailani asked in confusion and Alex nodded.
"Ok...what would I even do though?"
"Whatever you wanted to post about" Alex said while Kailani nodded. "Ok I guess I could start doing that, but I'm not gonna become famous over night"
"Which is why we're gonna have you start modeling" Alex said and I nodded. "Ok are you Kentrell's manager or mines?" She laughed while Alex and I stayed quiet. "We're tryna help you Lani" I said cutting her off and she nodded.
"I appreciate I really do, I just don't wanna be a burden"
"If you were you wouldn't be here" Alex explained.
After talking for a few more minutes Alex left and Kailani was sitting while on her phone. "Let's go"
"Where we going?"
"To the store before Desire gotta be picked up" I said, "Why we going to the store?"
"Yo ass need a camera for YouTube and we gonna get you some stuff so me and you can do challenges" I smiled and Kailani playfully rolled her eyes smiling.
We went to Walmart and I got Kailani a camera and she got some other stuff. While I walked around I got a call from Jania and answered the phone. "Hello?"
"Kentrell I have a doctors appointment soon" she said on the other side of the phone. "Ok...when?"
"February thirteenth" she said and I nodded. "Ight I'll call you later" I said before hanging up.
I feel like something important is this month.
Once I was done getting everything I needed I met up with Kailani and then it hit me.
Her birthday is Valentines Day.
"What?" She asked as I stared at her and I shook my head. "Nothing come on" I said putting my arm around her shoulder.
|Later that day| • Kailani's POV:
"TJ stopp" I laughed before snatching my cookie out of his hand. "You so annoying" I said pushing his head and he laughed.
"Where Top at?" He asked as I sat up on my bed. "He took Desire to the studio with him and Ben" I said and TJ nodded.
"Anyways why you over here, I thought you would be with Jaylin"
"Nah she visiting her mom, plus you know you my best friend" he said and I waved him off smiling. "I think after I drop Kailani off tomorrow, Kentrell gonna head to this thing he got tomorrow and ima go to the mall"
"You getting a birthday outfit?" TJ asked and I shrugged. "I don't really think ima celebrate my birthday this year"
"You only turn twenty two once"
"And it's gonna feel like I'm still twenty one" I shrugged standing up before looking at myself in the mirror. "Plus, I have nothing to do on my birthday....Anyways I gotta start filming. I asked people on my Instagram to give me questions so I could do a Q and A. I also already made a intro" I said and TJ nodded.
He helped me set up the camera so that where we were sitting was good lighting and we started to film.
"Hey guys! My name is Kailani and welcome to my YouTube channel. Y'all have probably seen me around with NBA Youngboy who is my baby father and if you haven't seen me, now you have so I asked you guys to give me questions on my Instagram and ima answer them on here" I said pulling out my phone.
"Also this is my best friend TJ" I said and he waved. "Ok so first question, how old are you? I'm twenty one turning twenty two on the fourteenth" I said before pulling up the next question.
"Second question, are Youngboy and I dating? No we just have a four year old daughter named Desire together"
|A few minutes later|
"Ok guys that's all for today's video, I'll catch y'all later, byeeee" I said before TJ turned off the camera. "That was fun" I smiled laying my head on his lap and he nodded.
"I'm finna go to the trap, u coming?" TJ asked and I shook my head no. "Ima just wait for Kentrell and Desire to get back"
"Ight"
"I love youuuu" I said sitting up and kissing TJ cheek. "I love you too" he said before getting up, walking out of my room and walking out the house.
I got on my computer and started to edit the YouTube video until Kentrell and Desire got home. When they did Desire and Kentrell laid in my bed watching tv in my room while I posted the YouTube video and created my channel.
"I wish I was Tiana" Desire said referring to the princess. "You ain't kissing no frogs on my watch" Kentrell said before tickling her and she started to laugh while I smiled at them.
"Ok ok, no kissing frogs" I said breaking them up, "but mommy they turn into a prince" Desire argued. "You'll find a prince that isn't a frog" I said kissing her cheek before putting my computer away and laying on the other side of Desire.
"You wanna watch the lion King now?" Kentrell asked and Desire nodded.
So we ended up watching Disney movies all night in my room until Desire and Kentrell fell asleep.
