Chapter twenty one

|Kentrell's house - 2:14pm|

Kentrell's POV:

"KD touch me one more time and Ima cut off your fingers" Kailani mean mugged KD and he started dying laughing. "Y'all we gotta go" I sucked my teeth but no one wanted to listen.

"Yeah y'all gotta go so move" Kailani said pushing KD off the couch and he fell on to the floor while Adriana and Jania laughed.

"Daddy can I go?" Desire asked as I picked her up. I looked at Kailani and she shrugged. "Yeah come on, KD get yo skinny ass up" I said rolling my eyes while KD got up rubbing his back.

"Strong ass" KD said while Ben and Three laughed. "Joe and Boomer finna meet us there" I said while the guys nodded.

"Have fun" Kailani waved before we left the house leaving her, Jania and Adriana by themselves. "How long this finna take?" KD asked as we got into the truck and my driver pulled off. "You know rehearsal be taking forever" I said putting Desire into her seat.

"So when y'all gonna put a label on it?" Three asked and I looked at him in confusion. "What you talking bout"

"Kailani and you"

"We just...."

"Fucking" KD said and I mean mugged him. "Uncle K why are you always cussing?" Desire asked and KD looked back at her. "Why you always in my conversations?"

"Why do you always talk so loud if you don't want me in your conversation?" Desire asked and I smiled before looking at KD. "Exactly, now leave my daughter alone and as for me and Kailani. I got a surprise for her"

"What is it?"

"Nigga if I tell you it won't be a surprise anymore" I sucked my teeth. "Damn so I can't even know?" Three asked and I shook my head no. "Yo I really love her" I said just thinking about Kailani. "How much?" Ben asked.

|Flashback - 3 months ago|

"Got a brand new pendant, I think I paid over for it
I'm starting to think that I pay over for your love" Kailani rapped while blasting 'Ranada' and Kentrell laughed. They were currently at his house by themselves while Desire was with TJ.

"I'm fresh as hell, yeah, that's your loss, I ain't no scrub, I was falling in love with you, I ain't take you as no dub" Kentrell rapped with Kailani and she smiled. "You something else, you don't know what to do with yourself, You grown, you don't need no help, my love is too heartfelt"

Kailani and Kentrell continued to rap his song before Kentrell wrapped his arms around Kailani's waist hugging her from behind.

"But I just wanna wrap you up and hold you in my arms for the night, You been gone for so long, let's celebrate that we unite" Kentrell rapped in Kailani's ear causing her to smile even harder.

" I hit you up, you said don't call you, that was hurtful" Kailani rapped turning around to face Kentrell. His arms were still around her as she looked up at him.

"I guess I figure after all I deserve you, hold up
Been a thug, I swear I did not mean to hurt you" the two rapped together before Kentrell pulled Kailani into a kiss.

Kailani broke the kiss smiling and Kentrell smiled back. "Put this dick inside her and she just want my title" Kentrell smirked and Kailani laughed.

|Flashback over|

"A lot" I said to Ben while smiling and we continued to head to Rehearsal.

|hours later|

Kailani's POV:

"I get tired of your no shows, you get tired of my control. They keep telling me to let go butI don't really let go when I say so" I sung 'Everytime' by Ariana Grande.

"I keep giving people blank stares I'm so different when you're not there It's like something out of Shakespeare because I'm really not here when you're not there" Adriana sung with me while Jania recorded us and I grabbed the remote to the tv acting like it was a microphone.

"You get high and call on the regular, I get weak and fall like a teenager, Why, oh why does God keep bringing me back to you? I get drunk, pretend that I'm over it, self-destruct, show up like an idiot why oh why does God keep bringing me back to you?"

"YUHHHH" Jania hyped me up before I started laughing and Adriana sung.

Once the song was over I turned the tv down and we all sat on the couch. "I ain't know you could sing" Adriana said and I laughed.

"Right this bitch busted out like she was on stage or something" Jania teased and we all laughed. "Y'all I don't even be singing like that" I said honestly.

"You should girl you got a beautiful voice" Jania hyped me up and I smiled before we heard the door unlock and saw the guys walk in. "Heyy" Adriana said turning to face them.

"How was rehearsal?" I asked as Kentrell locked the door with Desire sleep in his arms. "A lot" Kentrell said letting out a breath before walking upstairs with Desire.

"Ima go check on him" I said and everyone nodded before I walked upstairs. I looked in Desires room and saw Kentrell already put her in bed and I closed her door.

"Trell" I said walking in his room seeing him laying on his bed and I closed the door. "What's wrong?" I asked laying on top of him causing Kentrell to smile.

"What?" I laughed. "Nothing" he said before wrapping his arms around me. "I thought you was upset"

"Nah just tired, I was working my ass off on that stage"

"You smell like it" I said and Kentrell mean mugged me before I laughed. "Man when you gon be my girl?"

"I am your girl" I said and Kentrell kissed my check before saying. "Yeah I know but I wanna call you my girlfriend....and I wanna be your boyfriend"

"Are you asking me out Kentrell Smith?" I smiled and he sucked his teeth. "Duh"

"Fine I'll be your girlfriend" I said before kissing him and Kentrell put his hand on my stomach. "I hope it's a boy" he said breaking the kiss and I playfully rolled my eyes.

"Whatever Kentrell" I said before getting up and going to the bathroom.
