Chapter twenty five

Kailani's POV:

"Where's Kentrell?" Jania asked while me her and Adriana walked around the mall. "He went to pick up Desire" I said and she nodded.

"Ou these shoes is everything" Adriana said before we walked into the shoe store. "Yeah they is cute" Jania nodded.

"Nene your sure the picture was old?" I asked and Jania sighed before grabbing both of my hands. "I promise it was. Kentrell started dating her a little after me but like I said, it didn't last long" she explained and I nodded.

"Anyways Kacey hungry" she said rubbing her belly. She's having a boy but if she was having a girl the name would've been the same.

"Yeah I'm hungry too" I said while Adriana nodded. "Ok let me just get Ben and I these shoes" she said while Jania and I nodded and Adriana went to the register.

"Her and Ben so cute" Jania said and I nodded. "I've honestly never seen Ben with a girl"

"He's been with a girl before but things ain't work out" Jania explained and I nodded. "Ben honestly deserve more than how he's treated"

"What do you mean?" I asked in confusion. "Ben has been through a lot, just like Kentrell and the rest of the gang. I haven't seen him this happy in a while" she explained and I nodded.

"Same with Kentrell though, he was happy with me but he had his days" she said and I nodded. "He's lucky to have you" Jania continued to say while smiling before Adriana walked out the store with two shoe bags. "Ok let's go" she said and I nodded.

After eating Jania and I dropped Adriana off home before we headed back to Kentrell's house. Once we walked inside I saw Desire laying on Kentrell's stomach who was laying on the couch.

"I don't like her" Kentrell said referring to Anna from Frozen. "Daddy she's pretty" Desire argued while I locked the door. "I'm going upstairs to lay down" Jania said and I nodded before walking upstairs and I walked over to the couch after sitting my bags down.

"Wassup" Kentrell said sending me a head nod while I picked up Desire. "How was the doctor?"

"It was good! I got a lollipop" she smiled. "Did daddy help you finish your homework for tomorrow?" I asked and Desire shook her head no before I looked down at Kentrell.

"I ain't know she had homework" he said and I nodded before looking back at Desire. "Wait for me upstairs in your room and I'll help you in a second" I said putting Desire down and she walked upstairs to her room before Kentrell sat up and turned the tv slightly down.

"Hey" I said standing in between his legs. "How was the mall?" He asked wrapping his arms around my waist. "It was good! I got you some shirts"

"You use the card?" He asked and I shook my head no before pulling Kentrell's credit card out of my purse. "Why not?"

"I didn't want to....I have money" I assured him. "I know but I wanted you to use my card"

"I didn't need your card" I said while Kentrell put his credit card in his picked before pulling me on to his lap. "What else you get?" He asked and I smiled. "Well I got some shoes, clothes, more makeup and I got Desire some clothes" I said and Kentrell nodded. "Tomorrow let's go out"

"Just me and you?" I asked and he nodded. "Ok...where you wanna go?"

"Remember we use to go to the movies?" Kentrell asked and I nodded smiling. "Let's do that, just the two of us" he said and I nodded. "Ok that sounds fun, only if we got out to dinner with Desire though" I said while Kentrell nodded.

"You love me right?" Kentrell asked while his smile slowly faded. "Of course I do" I said before Kentrell sat me beside him. "You know I love you right?"

"Kentrell what did you do?" I asked getting nervous. "I ain't do nothing...."

"Ok so why are you acting so weird?" I asked while scrunching my face. "Kailani I wanna spend the rest of my life with you" he said and I slightly nodded not knowing where he was going with this conversation.

"You and Desire mean the world to me and I don't want to bring another child into this world without us being together"

"Ok....we are together though"I said in a duh tone before Kentrell pulled a small black box out of his pocket.

"Kailani Williams....will you marry me?" He asked opening the box which a Diamond ring appeared in.

Wait what?!Marry him?!
