Adeline awoke in the most uncomfortable of positions. Trapped beneath a mountain of sweaty, snoring, disgusting boys.

Nick has his arm over the top of her chest and his head tucked into the side of her neck, his hot morning breath wafting up into her nostrils and making the poor girl gag.

George has his face firmly pressed against her stomach, with thick balls of drool dripping from his mouth and landing on her skin, which is exposed as a result of the young boy forming a makeshift pillow out of the bottom of her shirt.

And, although Alby is laying crushed up in a ball at the bottom of the bed, he has somehow manged to create that ball on top of Adeline's feet, with his arms tightly wrapped around her right calf, keeping it slightly elevated and treating it as a suitable headrest.

She tries to move her left leg away from him, but a small grunt rings through the air, and upon closer inspection, she notices that Henry is sprawled out - not over just her thighs - but over George and Nick's as well.

Adeline does not even recall him coming into the room the night before.

But, then again, she did fall asleep fairly early, and as she thinks back, she does faintly remember hearing his voice merging in with Nick and Alby's when they were still awake and chatting in the wee hours of the morning.

"How fucking sturdy did the builders make these beds" she mumbles to herself, wondering how on earth they managed to survive a night with five people sleeping on them.

The girl tries to sit up, but falters when Nick uses him arm to quickly push her back down and nestles his face further into her neck.

Adeline rolls her eyes at the action, releasing a harsh breath as she lifts her head up slightly in an attempts to find a way to free herself.

When she does not find one, she brings her right hand up from behind the leaders back and begins gently tapping on the side of his head.

"Nick" she whispers, moving her head further towards his face, "Nick, time to wake up."

The leader says nothing in response. Instead, he pulls his hand up, places it over her mouth and gently pushes it back onto the pillow.

"Shh" he mumbles, his eyes still closed and his mind still half-asleep, "five more minutes."

Adeline stares at the ceiling wide eyed for a moment before quickly shifting her head from side to side, shaking the boys hand away from her.

"Guys" she says, her voice raising from a whisper to wake Nick and George, while kicking her left leg to wake Alby and Henry.

Once again, she is met with nothing but a small chorus of "shhh" and grumbles from the four boys as they continue to doze.

Releasing another harsh breath, the girl just lays there for a moment, racking her brain and trying to figure out a way to break free from the shackles of heads, hands, bodies and legs that are restricting her.

After a few long minutes, Adeline finally thinks of the one thing that would make these boys jump to attention.

"Oh my god" she announces to the room, "there's another girl in the Glade."

Just as she expected, the boys all shoot up, their eyes wide and their heads twisting in every direction, trying to find the non-existent girl.

Well, all except for Nick, that is.

The leader is the only one not to move. All he does in response to Adeline's trick is mutter a quiet "that's nice" in her ear, while smiling softly to himself.
