Graduating Westwood Academy

"sooo... we graduate tomorrow!" Kate bubbled as they walked down the halls for the very last time. For everybody in the group except Andi, it was very emotional for them.

It was emotional for Andi as well, but not as much as everybody else, who went to Westwood Academy for six years.

"it's exciting, isn't it?" Justine asked, jumping up and down. "we're really going to miss you, Andi."

"hey, none of that yet. I'm going to New York in September." She scolded jokingly. "But I'm gonna miss you guys too." Andi gushed and hugged her two friends.

"you have to come back and visit sometime, okay?" Kate pleaded, making Andi grin.

"you know I will."

"goddamnit Alannah, chill out! You've been reciting that thing for days! Weeks probably!" Jess complained as he walked down the hall with his new girlfriend, Alannah.

After eight years of friendship, Jess finally realized that he's into Alannah Page. Alannah on the other hand has liked him for a long time now. And she hasn't stopped... ever.

So a week before graduation, Jess gathered up the balls to ask Alannah out. It's safe to say that she freaked out; like any girl would do if their crush asked them out.

"shut up, Jess. You're making me mess up!" She snapped and restarted her valedictorian speech. "good morning parents, friends, mentors, administrators and the graduating class of 2021. It is a great honour to be standing in front of you to commemorate the memories and accomplishments of this amazing class." Alannah mumbled to herself.

Justine laughed. "Alannah, the speech is perfect, you're perfect." She reassured.

"you're the perfect valedictorian, nobody deserves it more than you." Kate added.

"besides, you'll get to have your speech in front of you." Andi reminded, earning an agreement from Jess.

Alannah sighed with a smile. "okay, I'll cool it. I've had this speech prepared since freshman year anyways. I got this!"

"oh, so you listen to them?!"

"duh!" The four girls replied in unison.

"I'm done with you girls for today, I'm gonna find Anthony." Jess stated and walked away.

"see you when we graduate!" Andi called and waved. When the girls processed Andi's words, they jumped up and down in excitement.

As soon as Andi got home from hanging out with Harry and Sam, she turned on her computer and called her friends on group facetime.

Crutchie was the first to aansmeer. "hi Didi!" He beamed with a big smile.

"hey Crutch, what's up?"

"eh not much, only that we're graduated!" He yelled and jumped up and down in his seat.

Before Andi could say a word, Lilly and Albert joined the call. She suspected that they were already on a call together, seeing that they both joined the group one at the same time.

"'sup." Albert simply greeted.

"hey Crutchie, do you know when we're getting our rooms and roommates assigned at NYU?" Lilly asked.

Crutchie shrugged. "I think we just find out when we get there."

Andi smiled at herself, knowing that everybody in the group (except Elmer) are completely oblivious that they'll be going to university with her.
