Chapter 6: Decisions, Decisions

Here's a long chapter =] It's a filler chapter again, I have to put these boring chapters up to lead to the more exciting stuff. None the less, hope you like it :)

“Harry wake up!” screamed Louis in my ear. I just pretended I didn’t hear him.

“HARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYY get your lazy butt up, we have to meet management in 20 minutes.” Okay, that woke me up. I quickly woke up and I saw Louis smirk. “Hurry up; be down in 20 minutes.”  I groaned and fell back on my bed. This sucks, I know what this meeting is about, I was such an idiot and now the others have to pay for it. Why can’t I just learn to keep my mouth shut sometimes, I should start taking anger management classes too.

“FIFTEEEEN MINUTES HARRY!” I saw Louis poking his head in my room. I just gave him a glare and walked to the bathroom to take a quick shower and freshen up. After showering, I quickly put on some jeans, a purple Jack Wills sweatshirt and some sneakers with a grey beanie and walked out. I saw Louis in the kitchen and saw him tossing me a banana and rushing to leave. I looked around confused, "where's the others?"

“We're late, they're waiting down by the van, Liam already called me three times in the last 5 minutes,” said Louis. I rolled my eyes, typical Liam. I walked out, throwing the banana skin in a trashcan. I saw Liam, Niall, and Zayn leaning against the black van and Liam shooting glares. I just smiled and pinched his cheek, “Aww is someone angry this morning.” He just slapped my hand away, rude much?

“shut up Harry, we’re late and we don’t want to piss Simon off more then we already have,” said Liam. I shook my head and got in. We drove to the studio as that’s where the meeting was and I heard screams. I groaned, man don’t they have better stuff to do at 9 in the morning, don’t they go to school? I saw Louis looking outside and shaking his head probably thinking the same thing.

“It’s 9 in the morning, what the fu—fudge are they doing here, don’t they have school or something,” said Zayn, flinching from my glare. He knows I hate it when people swear, especially that “f word.” Yeah I call it the f-word, judge me. I heard Liam and Niall laugh as they stepped out. We gave them a quick wave, not stopping because we were already late. I walked in the room first as usual and flinched from Simon’s glare. I just gave him a sheepish smile. “There is nothing to be smiling about Styles, hurry up you’re all late,” said Simon. The others strolled in and we took our seats. I saw the short man stand up and toss a newspaper in front of us, it was titled “Harry and Zayn publicly humiliate Marie Claire writer/designer on Graham Norton’s late night show” I groan, it hasn’t even been 12 hours and its already all over the news.

“Don’t groan Harry, you put this on yourself. Now we’re going to skip the yelling and get straight down to business. We need to fix this, because that girl is capable of posting more and more stuff at any point to try and destroy your reputation, not that I blame her. We’re all just too disappointed to even lecture you anymore. One small interview where you had to keep your mouth shut, is that too much to ask for?” I couldn’t even meet his eyes, he was right I was too big of a jerk. But apparently Zayn didn’t think so. “She publicly insulted us too though, where we just going to sit there and let her say whatever she wanted to about us?” Zayn asked.

“She didn’t insult you; she stated her opinion in a very professional way. You could’ve stood up for yourselves too but no, you and Harry decided to go on a rant bringing her personal life which you boys have no idea about in and that’s where you went wrong,” said the tall man.

“Whatever, we don’t want to even waste our breath yelling, we just wanted to tell you what is going to be happening. Vanessa is going to be offered position of backup dancer. I have seen her videos and she is absolutely amazing, and I know she wants her job for Justin back but they can’t take her back. She is going to be given the spot as head dancer who will be helping the choreographer choreograph as well. But, Vanessa is an extra we are adding, so the newest person we have added will be brought down to backup dancer if that makes sense. She will be put in if another dancer cannot dance. We get three positive things out of this, one we have a talented new backup dancer who is also good at designing and makeup so she can help Lou out too and help design out new outfits, two we’re trying to get on her good side so we can get some good publicity out of this too, and three so you five and her could work out your problems and become friends, it’s critical that she starts to like you to avoid anything like this happening in the future. We have discussed this with the others and everyone is extremely excited to have her on board and I hope you five are too. She is a very bright girl and was liked by everyone on Justin’s crew, unfortunately they just couldn’t take her back as that would be unfair to the other dancer they took in to replace her after she unexpectedly left and everything was working very smoothly, they didn’t want to complicate things. They did say they would take Vanessa back in heartbeat if the position opens, anyone would so we’re going to take her before anyone else does,” said the short man.
