Owen's POV:

"Owen I'm in labor. and YOU STUPID BROTHER ARE NOT HERE." Megans screaming voice comes out of my phone.

My heart sinks, "Meg. I'm so sorry. Is Nathan there with you at least?"

"NO. HES OUT OF TOWN FOR A CONFERENCE I'M ALONE. HE CANT BE BACK UNTIL TOMORROW. OH MY GOD THIS HURTS."

"Megan just set the phone on the bed. I'll be here the whole time." I say through the phone trying to do everything I can.

"I can't do this Owen. I can't." She cries. "Is-Is Amelia around?"

Amelia stands up quickly and takes the phone from me, "I'm here Megan." I put my hand on Amelia's back and look at Carmen and whisper, "Watch them. We are going outside."

We walk outside and sit on the balcony. Megan cries again, "God Amelia how the fuck did you do this."

"It's not easy Megan, but you are strong you can do it! Are you ready to push?"

I hear Arizona Robbins voice, "Yes she's ready."

"Okay Megan. You need to breathe and count. I know it sounds stupid and I absolutely wanted to punch Owen every time he told me that but it helps. We are here though, you aren't alone." Amelia says still holding my phone.

I start pacing back and forth, worried about my sister doing this by herself. I hear her yell in pain again, "IM NEVER DOING THIS AGAIN FUCK."

We hear Arizona again, "That was good Megan! A few more like that and baby girl will be here."

Amelia smiles, "Okay Meg deep breath and do it again!"

After a lot of yelling, we hear a baby cry through the phone. I run over to the phone and watch the baby being put in Megan's arms. Megan laughs, "oh my god I have a kid of my own."

I look at Amelia who is tearing up which causes me to start crying too, "Congratulations Megan. We can't wait to meet her."

"Harper Grace Riggs, meet Uncle Owen and Auntie Amelia. Glad we already had the name picked out since Nate isn't here." Megan says quietly as Arizona holds her phone for her.

"Harper is a beautiful name. Wait! Does she have red hair?" I ask.

"Nope looks darker brown." Megan says with a small laugh.

"Damn it!" I say back, laughing a bit too. "Oh Megan I know you like just gave birth and stuff, but we also just told the kids that Amelia is pregnant."

"Yay! Our little babies will be best friends!" She says in a little baby voice then shakes her head, "Oh my god why did I just do that! I always make fun of you guys. Who am I? She just was born and she's already changing me."

Amelia and I both laugh, "Yeah Meg. Same thing happened to us when Blake was born. You just have to accept it. Hell Owen and I still do it and our current babies are 5 and 3."

"Greatttt, alright you two I gotta go. I need to stare at my beautiful kid. And you guys need to enjoy your vacation. I'll send pictures. Love you both!"

"We love you guys too Megan." I say before hanging up. I put my phone in my pocket and wrap my arms around Amelia looking out towards the ocean, "I can't believe my baby sister, has a baby!"

She chuckles, "she's not a baby anymore Owen. But I get it. That's how Derek still feels about me. Weird brother things!"

I rest my hand on her bump, "You don't have to hide our baby anymore."
