Older Kids

Authors Note: Hi!! I just wanted to add another chapter with some focus on all the Hunt children. I'm obviously going to include Owen and Amelia moments too but I wanted to showcase their children more!
This will be more than one part, but I'm not completely back into writing and only doing this when I have time. So the updates might take longer than usual and probably won't be many more...But I'm having fun doing it!!

Blake's POV:
Sunday, October 13th

"Blake! TO THE NET! Maddie is coming up for the pass!!" I hear my dad's voice from his usual spot on the bleachers. My parents try to never miss one of my soccer games, or any of my siblings sports. They've sacrificed a lot for us.

I run up to the net getting past the defenders. My teammate Maddie kicks the ball to me. I kick up around the defender and score the goal as the referee blows the whistle to end the game.

"YES BLAKE!" Maddie yells as she comes to hug me with the rest of my team. We won.

I grab my stuff and walk over to my family and boyfriend Joshua. My dad loves Josh. Carmen says he did better with me dating than he did with her. He's a tiny bit more relaxed now.

"Good game Blake!" My dad says first giving me a hug. It's my senior year and we are undefeated.

I give Josh a hug and he hands me flowers from behind his back. I smile , "Aw thank you Josh."

He smiles, "Best girl on the team."

Logan and Daniel start to wrestle in the grass and I watch my mom sigh. "Owen! Please make them stop! They are embarrassing"

"Mel they are boys. They do this all the time. Logan! Danny! Stop it!" My dad says to them resulting in them stopping and looking at him.

I laugh and look at my mom, "Josh is gonna bring me home. Is that okay?"

My mom nods, "Yeah sure. We will see you at home. Drive safe Josh!"

He nods, "Bye Amelia! Bye Owen! Thanks for letting me sit with you guys again." I feel him grab my hand and I walk over to his car with him.

He opens the door for me and I get in the passenger side. "When are you going to tell them your secret?"

I sigh, "Tonight I think. I'm just afraid they will be mad or disappointed in me."

"Babe. I don't think they will. Your parents are so supportive of anything you guys do. You can call me right after and tell me how it went okay?" he says as he starts driving.

"I will for sure call you." I smile at him as he drives. He gets to my house after a little drive and then walks me up to my door.

"I love you. I'll text you when I get home" He says before kissing me.

I kiss him back, "I love you too!" I grin and watch him walk back to his car before I go in.

I go in and shut the door and see Sadie standing in the doorway, "Blake and Josh sitting in a tree, K I S S I N G! Mwah mwah mwah!"

I hear my mom laugh, "Sadie! Leave your sister alone!"

I laugh and shut the door. "I'm gonna go shower"

"Don't use all the hot water!" Logan yells from the couch.

"I don't do that!" I yell back and walk up the steps.
