Tuesday, August 9th (Owen's Birthday)
Carmen - 19
Blake - 5
Logan & Daniel - 3
Baby - Month 4, week 14 (Second trimester!)

Amelia's POV:

I sneak out of Owen's arms to go wake up all the kids. I walk into Carmen's room, because Blake slept in there with her last night. "Good morning beautiful girls!" I say softly.

"Hi mommy." Blake says quietly as she rubs her eyes. I smile at her, "I wanted everyone to come cuddle in Daddy and I's bed for his birthday."

"Okay!" She says sitting up. Carmen stands up with her. They wait in the hall while I get the twins up. We all walk back into my room where Owen is still fast asleep. I help the little ones get in then we all lay down.

Blake, of course, steals the spot right next to Owen and cuddles into him. He opens his eyes and looks around confused, "What is happening?" He laughs.

"Happy birthday Daddy." Blake says as she kisses his cheek. I smile, "I thought we could start off your birthday with some family cuddles."

"Well this is already shaping up to be the best birthday ever!" He says smiling as he wraps his arms around both Carmen and Blake.

"Mama, is baby awake?" Logan asks putting his head on my bump.

I chuckle, "The baby moves a little bit, but I don't feel it as much yet. Baby still has to grow some more."

Owen watches the twins looking at my bump, "Boys. Give the baby a kiss." He says. I lift up my shirt and Daniel and Logan both softly kiss my bump.

"You two will be the best big brothers!" I say as I put my arms around both of them.

"So Dad how does it feel to be getting older?" Carmen says while laughing. Owen looks at her, "Carmen I can push you out of this bed. And I wouldn't even feel bad about it!" He laughs.

"You would not do that to your favorite daughter." Carmen jokes back. Blake sits up quickly, "I am daddy's favorite!" She crosses her arms and starts to pout.

"Hey, hey! I love both of my girls the same amount! And I love mommy a whole bunch too."

I smile, "Daddy and I love ALL the kids the same amount!"

"Okay mommy, but I love daddy more than you." Blake says nonchalantly as she lays her head back down on his shoulder.

Owen and I both laugh and I kiss the top of her head. Sassy little girl.

We all lay there for a little while, all falling back asleep. That is, until our doorbell rings. Owen sits up, "I got it." He says before walking downstairs.

We hear a loud, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!"

Carmen and I look at each other and both say, "Aunt Megan." at the same time. We laugh and then hear Owen's voice, "Guys we have visitors!"

"Come on, let's go." I say as I stand up out of bed. I walk down with all the kids, "Good morning Megan, Nate, And little Harper!"

Owen yawns, "Yeah Meg. I don't know why you had to come here at 9:00 AM."

"Because it is your brother Eeyore!" Megan says as she hugs her brother.

I laugh at the nickname knowing Owen hates it. He looks at her, "Megan. Don't call me that!"

"Oh is grumpy better?" She jokes again.

I shake my head, "You two are fun to watch."

Nathan holds up Harper in the carrier, "Who wants to hold Harper?"
