Sis, do you see something different in Jiya ? Joe asked.

We were sitting in the canteen, Nick and Kathy were also there.

Like? I asked.

Is she disturbed. Did you see her crying?

No, but she is staying in the room whole time after class, that's strange, I said.

She doesn't stay in room normally? Nick asked. Where does she stay then?

There's a place, Joe said.

Guys, can I say something? Kathy asked hesitantly.

Sure...Joe said.

Yesterday night,  I couldn't sleep well, I woke up once at 2 am maybe and saw Jiya....

Jiya? I asked curiously.

Jiya was sitting on her bed, breathing heavily, her cheeks were all wet. She was repeating again and again, " I am sorry, I am sorry".

Why? Is something wrong on Joe?Nick asked. What's wrong with Jiya?

Nightmare is one of the major symptom of PTSD, Joe thought

I am not sure. I think I messed it up. Joe said annoyedly. I messed up everything.

Messed up what? I asked.

Oh! Why don't you finish your words? If there something maybe we can help, Nick said annoyedly.

I need to talk to her to be sure, what's her condition. But she is avoiding me of almost a week, Joe said.

What did you do to her? Kathy asked, why she is avoiding you?

I just asked her a question. She said that I can ask her if I want to be sure, now she's being different, not fair.

What question? Nick asked suspiciously.

Devil... Joe said hesitantly

WHAT!!! Nick and I shouted.

What? Is it too bad? I was too curious to know. Joe said guiltily.  She always stays expressionless,  so....

Actually , we don't know also,  but my hypothesis says that they both are so sensitive about this matter. Especially Jiya, I said. Though she doesn't react like Jwel but there's obviously something very painful for her .

I know. That's why I need to talk, but...

Listen, I interrupted Joe. I think Jiya cares about you.

They three stared at me starledly.

I mean,  if we really do this for Jiya, at least,  we can try right?
I think if Joe talks to her, then the situation can be better and we are... I mean maybe.... friends after all, no?

What are you talking about sis? Kathy asked.

I have a plan but Nick, you must be careful that Jwel can't know this,  I said.

Okay,  but what's the plan? Nick asked.

We made a plan though we weren't sure if it will work.  Even Joe doesn't had enough information to analyze Jiya's character accurately, so we couldn't make it perfectly .
