Oi Ema! called Nick when l was walking towards the girls hostel. I reached him. Jwel and Joe were there as well.

Hey! I said tiredly.

What is going on? asked Nick annoyedly. Have you started taking some kind of drugs or what?

Why?l asked trying to smile.

Cause you look like a thousand years old mummy, said Nick rolling his eyes. And you don't pick up your phone if we call. What's so wrong with you?

I just... Kathy was passing by. She was sweat soaked so l guessed that she was coming back from her boxing training.

She reached us as well.

So you finally came out,she said angrily watching me.

Well l just...she interrupted me, you guys know, l just feel like leaving with two zombies in a room. She has came out after more than a week from room. And the other one,she groaned, she is even more unbelievable.

Right! What about Jiya? asked Jwel. I have been calling her thrice a day but she won't pick up. I can't find her at her tent as well. I called you two also but none of you picked up.

I broke my phone accidentally so couldn't pick up. And she, she frowned at me. I didn't see you guys as well for more than five days.

So what is wrong with you and Jiya? asked Jwel concernedly looking at me.

I don't know what is wrong with Jiya,l said turning the focus from me. She just keeps reading all the time.

She always does that, said Nick shaking his shoulder in a careless manner. What is new in that?

The new is that, Kathy said this time, she is barely eating or sleeping, always staying at the room and reading like a robot. And this girl, she said pointing at me, she isn't eating or sleeping properly as well. I think they are going to turn into skeletons in this way soon.

Joe stayed totally silent during the conversation. He just looked guilty and concerned at the same time. It looked like he isn't sleeping properly as well.

But why? asked Jwel worried.

I don't know, said Kathy irritatedly. I am sick and tired of trying to feed them.

What has happened Ema? Joe talked for the first time. His voice wasn't light and warm like always. It sounded kind of gloomy but l think the others couldn't realise that.

Nothing has happened,l said quickly trying to sound casual. I have got some works, please excuse me, l said and walked away quickly.

They stared at me kind of surprised.
