Sage's P.O.V
'come on get up' Jack whined attempting to pull me out of his bed.
'No I feel like shite' I replied rolling over and pulling all the duvet with me, creating a cocoon around me.
Jack came around to where I was facing with a glass of water and two paracetamol for me handing them to me and crouching down so that I could see his face.
'Stomach bug?' He asked as I sipped the water and took the tablets.
'Just tired that's all' I replied sitting up and running my eyes.
'You still wanna go with Meg and Mase to the pool?' He asked sitting on the bed and bringing me into his arms for a cuddle.
'Yeah, if nothing else it'll distract me from this god awful headache' I groaned standing up and heading to Jacks bathroom.
I jumped into the shower and let the warm water ease my aching muscles and soothe my headache.
I got out of the shower and wrapped the towel around me wondering back through to the bedroom where Jack was sprawled out in the bed with his trunks on ready to go.
'Who's the lazy one now' I teased, poking my tongue out at him as I grabbed my bikini from my bag and slipped into it.
I turned to look at myself in the mirror, examining every aspect of my body, I noticed how bloated I was today, notifying me that my period was on its way.
I frowned at the bloated bump at the bottom of my to tummy.
'You look beautiful' Jack commented, looking up from his phone and scanning his eyes over me.
'I think my periods on its way' I groaned packing a towel into my bag and stepping into some clothes.
'We'll go to the store after the pool yeah?' Jack suggested, carrying my bag for me and holding my hand as we walked downstairs and into his car.
'Get some snacks, painkillers, whatever you need then come back and watch shit all night' he smiled as he reversed the car down the drive and made his way to the pool.
I hated it when my period came. It always made me overly emotional, ridiculously touchy and essentially told my body to shut down. It was as if my body was incapable of doing anything else when my period came and had to spend all its time and energy making me feel like shite.
We arrived at the pool after 15 minutes of driving and listening to Jack moan about every single car on the road. He helped me out of the car and we walked through to the reception area where Megan and Mason were waiting for us.
'Hey you' Megan greeted me with a smile, bringing me in for a hug and that alone nearly made me cry. Fucking Mother Nature. 'Period due?' She asked pulling away from our hug and looking me in the eye.
'Dude how do they do that?' I heard Jack ask Mason as they looked at us stunned.
'Some sort of witch craft I reckon' Mason replied, a confused look growing on his face.
'It's a gift' Megan smirked as we walked through to the changing rooms to get ready for the pool.
Once we were in our bikinis we wondered out to the pool where Mason and Jack were already in and messing around with each other.
'No no no fuck off agh' Jack shouted as Mason dunked him under by landing on top of him as he launched himself out of the water and in the direction of Jack who hadn't quite managed to get away in time.
I chuckled to myself as we entered the pool, Jack emerging from under the water, his hair drenched and sticking to the sides of his face.
'Dickhead' he huffed swimming over to me and bringing me into a hug, I wrapped my legs around his torso and my arms around his broad shoulders as he walked through the water with me attached like a koala bear.
