00. Epilogue

"I said I don't want to! Hindi ako hanapan ng mga nawawalang tao, Kuya Brent!" Sigaw ko kay kuya.

"All you need was just to find her! What's so hard about that, Noah?!" He glared at me, I clenched my jaw and fold my fist due to so much anger that I felt.

"Fine! I'm going to help you!" I sighed in defeat.

Iyon ang araw na hindi ako nagkamali sa desisyon na hanapin ang matagal nang nawawalang kapatid ni Ate Sav.

Even though I hated Kuya Brent for being a terrible brother that I have. I still cannot believe what he can do just for love.

Hindi ko labis akalain na mahuhulog ako dahil lamang sa isang litratong ibinigay sa akin ni Ate Sav. I never expected that the woman I was looking for was angelic more than I thought.

Agad akong nagtungo sa kung saan nakatira si ang Tita Cosima ko, sa isang orphanage kung saan madalas itong nandoon sabi ni Ate Sav. And she was right, I saw her playing with kids. Looking at her I can say that she has a pure and kind hearted woman.

That's when I fell for her the most. Pumasok ako roon at hindi sinasdayang mabangga siya. She just smiled at me and apologized. I was star struck by her face.

She is indeed beautiful.

"Pasensya ka na, ang tanga ko kasi hindi ako tumitingin sa daan." Napakamot siya sa ulo niya. Umiling naman ako.

"No, It's fine."

But, months have past Tita Cosima told me she failed her finals, she didn't made it way upto the top at hindi na ito muling nagpakita sa bahay ampunan ni tita.

Nagsayang ulit ako nang oras para hanapin siya. Hanggang sa nalaman 'kong may isang tao pang nakakakilala sa kapatid ni Ate Sav, it was Ate Lilac. A nursing student, batchmate and one of Ate Sav's closest friend.

I asked her about the woman's adress at sinabi niya. I told her to keep this as secret and she said yes. It was all planned. Until, one day I've got the chance to meet Ate Sav's true parents. They know about their lost daughter's condition at buwan-buwan nilang binabayaran ang bills nito nang walang pasabi. Mortiera, Bautista and Sebastians are friends when it comes to business. 

Gayon na lamang ang laking gulat ko nang malaman na umiikot lamang ang pangyayari sa paghahanap ko sa kaniya.

But, sad thing is. Mortiera doesn't know that the girl I was looking and their business friend are the long lost sister of their adopted daughter.

Akala ko mahahanap ko na siya, but the thing is Ate Savienna died and Kuya Brent committed something that is unacceptable. They left me alone, gone crazy and traumatized after I witnessed kuya's death.

Matapos ang ilang buwan na pagpapagamot sa mental hospital, I made my way out of the darkness I was once facing. I continued kuya's unfulfilled mission.

"Any updates?" Sagot ko sa telepono.

"Yes, five months ago pa siyang naka-admit sa hospital. Doc Dominic is in charge of her treatments." Saad nang nasa kabilang linya.

It was Mateo, yes. Mateo.

Agad-agad akong bumisita sa hospital na sinabi ni Mateo. It was where kuya ended his life at sa loob nang anim na buwan papasok ulit ako sa impyernong muntikang pumatay sa akin.
