Road to Recovery

It's been a month since Paige's accident which left her in coma during that month, and every day, Paige's family and friends comes to the hospital to visit her every single day. Her dad, Luke stayed in New York after the incident and hasn't left Paige's side ever since.

One morning, Luke is sleeping in the hospital after spending the night day with Paige, as Jasper and Nicole came to the hospital with Emma and Ben. "How is she?", Nicole asked. "Still the same.", Luke sighed. "You've been here all night, mate. Want some coffee?", Jasper asked. 

"Sure.", Luke replied, as he yawned. The two couples then left to get some coffee and breakfast for Luke, while he stay with Paige. Suddenly, Paige woke up with a gasp, which stun Luke and Paige starts to go in shock. "Paige!", Luke cried, as he tries to calm her down. Luke runs out and saw Nicholas walking down the hallway, with Jasper, Emma, Ben and Nicole. 

"Nicholas! Come in here quickly! She's awake!", Luke cried, as everyone rushes into Paige's room, as machine start beeping rapidly. "You guys stay outside!", Nicholas cried, as nurses come in to help him. "Paige, it's alright! It's alright! You're ok!", Nicholas replied, as he held Paige's wrist, who is trying to remove the tube from her mouth. 

Outside Paige's room, Jasper comforts Luke, as they all watch Nicholas and the nurses helping Paige. Moments later, Paige reunites with her dad. "I can't believe you're here.", Paige sighed. "Of course I'm here, Princess.", Luke replied. "We were so worried about you.", Nicole replied. "What happened?", Paige asked. 

"Sweetheart, you got hit by a car, and you were in a coma.", Luke replied. "I remember now, I was at Sky's place, I saw him with Liz, so I ran out and got hit by a car.", Paige replied. "Yes, you were.", Luke replied. "How long was I in a coma?", Paige asked. "A month.", Luke replied, which surprises Paige. "A month?!", she cried. 

"Yes.", Luke sighed. "I need to go and see Sky!", Paige cried. "No, sweetheart. Sky's not here. You need to rest.", Luke replied. Jasper then calls Sky about Paige. Sky immediately arrives to the hospital, as Jasper greets him. "Where's Paige?", Sky asked. "She's with her dad right now, so just wait.", Jasper replied. 

Later, Sky comes in to see Paige and Luke is there, who is not pleased to see Sky. "Hey, Luke. Wanna go and get some breakfast?", Jasper asked. "You should go with Uncle Jasper.", Paige replied. "Ok, I'll be back soon.", Luke smiled as he kisses Paige on the forehead, and gets up to leave. 

He then comes face to face with Sky and looks at him angrily. "You better not hurt my daughter while I'm gone!", Luke replied in a threatening way. "Dad!", Paige called, intervening the confrontation. Luke then leaves with Jasper. "Hey.", Sky replied. "Hi.", Paige sighed. 

"How are you?", Sky asked. "I'm fine.", Paige sighed. "Look, I know you have a lot of questions to ask me, so ask me anything, I'm ready to answer them all.", Sky replied. "Actually just one.", Paige replied. "Is it about me and Liz?", Sky asked. "Tell me everything what happened that day.", Paige replied. 

Sky tells Paige everything that happened on that day, and how Liz tried to seduce him. "So you didn't cheat on me with her?", Paige asked. "No, I would never. She tried to seduce me, but I told her that I that only want you.", Sky replied. "No wonder why my dad has a grudge against you earlier.", Paige replied. 

"Look, Paige. I'm so sorry if I hurt you. But I didn't cheat you with Liz.", Sky replied. "You hurt me Sky, when I saw you with her that day. I was devastated! Do you know much it hurts?", Paige cried, as she broke down in tears. "I know and I'm sorry.", Sky cried, as he also broke down. 

Then there was silence. "Is there anything I can do?", Sky asked. "I want you to leave.", Paige replied. "What?", Sky asked. "I want you to leave and us to break up.", Paige replied. "No, you don't mean that.", Sky replied, as he held Paige's hands, but she pulls them away from him. 

"Sky, I need you to leave!", Paige replied, but Sky didn't budge. "Go!", Paige screamed. "Please don't do this. I love you, Paige, truely I do.", Sky sighed. "Get out!", Paige scream from the top of her lungs, when suddenly, she struggles to breathe, when Nicole came in and heard the commotion. 

Nicole immediately rushes to Paige's side, and notice Paige is sweating. "Sweetheart, you're sweating.", Nicole cried, who then calls Nicholas. "Dad!", Nicole cried, as Nicholas arrives to help Paige. "What happened?", Nicholas asked. "I don't know, I just came in and see her sweating. I think she's suffering a panic attack.", Nicole replied. 

Sky just stood there until he is told off by Nicole. "Just go! Now!", Nicole yelled as Sky leaves in sadness. Nicholas is able to calm her. "It's ok, Paige. You're alright. Breathe slowly, in and out and everything's going to be ok.", Nicholas replied, as Paige follows his instructions. 

Minutes later, Paige is calmed down and Luke returns to the hospital after hearing what had happened. "Are you alright?", Luke replied. "I'm ok, Dad.", Paige sighed. "What happened?", Luke asked. "Paige had a panic attack.", Nicholas replied. "What?", Luke asked. 

"Do you know what caused it?", Luke asked. "I overheard Paige screaming with Sky, telling him to leave, and when he refuses, she lost it.", Nicole replied. "That son of a...", Luke scoffed. "Hey, easy.", Nicole replied, comforting Luke. "You don't have to worry about him anymore, because I broke up with Sky.", Paige replied. 

"Good! Because the last thing I don't want him is to hurt you again.", Luke replied. "He didn't cheat on me, Dad! He was being taken advantage.", Paige replied. "Why are you still defended him?", Luke asked. "He told me that he didn't let down his guard and admits that he loves me, and would never cheat on me.", Paige replied. 

"But the damage has already done, and I decided to break up with him.", Paige sighed, as tears come down from her eyes. "Oh, Princess. Come here.", Luke sighed, as he hugs Paige, who is crying in his arms. "It's ok, you'll be ok.", Luke sighed. That night, Sky returns to his apartment and sat on his bed, and looks at the ring that he was planning giving to Paige. 

He broke down in tears and angrily threw it at a mirror, which shatters and he cries. At the hospital, Luke has left the hospital to rest, so Jasper decided to stay at the hospital for the night to be with Paige. Paige is on her phone, looking at photos of her and Sky, deleting them off from her album. 

Jasper comes in and saw her deleting the photos. "Hey, your dad told me what happened before with Sky. You deserve way better.", Jasper sighed, as Paige slowly starts to break down in tears. "I'm so sorry.", Jasper sighed, as Paige cries and Jasper comforts her in his arms. 

Another month later, Paige is discharged from the hospital, but has to take a break from dancing to recover and is now going to physical therapy, to gain her dance abilities. She temporarily uses a wheelchair to move around and her friends and family supports her around. 

Paige spend 2 months of therapy, with Luke and Jasper by her side, but during those times, Sky is never there. For Sky, he became depressed and barely turn up to dance classes, so Jasper had to take over Sky's classes. 

Jessica and Fay helps Paige around NYU, while Fay gets into a physical fight with Liz every day at dance class, which Jasper had to break up all the time, which frustrates him. As time pass, Paige makes a quick, complete full recovery, and no longer uses a wheelchair, but now uses a cane to help her walk.
