Strictly Dancing

First Kiss

Later that night, after dinner, Jasper and Emma returns to their apartment, while Jessica and Fay return to NYU. But Paige and Sky stayed out a bit more, and Sky takes Paige out Pier 35, which has swinging chairs and a beautiful view of the Brooklyn Bridge. 

"So, why did you decided to take me here?", Paige asked, as she and Sky sat down on the swinging chair together, and watch the beautiful view. "Because this place to really special to me.", Sky replied, as he gives her a photo of him with Kate, and it labelled their names on it. 

Paige held the photo and see the photo, and the names written on the photo. "Who's Kate?", Paige asked. "Kate was my fiancee and my dance partner.", Sky replied. Paige looks at him with concern. 

"It was our anniversary and I want to surprise her out for dinner. I was behind the wheel and we  were on our way to the restaurant, when suddenly...", Sky replied, as he remember when the drunk driver collided into his and Kate's car, killing her and injuring him. Paige then realise what had happened. 

"Oh my God, Sky! I'm so sorry!", Paige cried. "They did everything they could, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.", Sky sighed, as a tear come down from his eyes. "That's the reason why you were looking for a new partner, because of Kate.", Paige replied. "Yeah.", Sky sighed. 

"May I ask, why did you chose me to be your new partner?", Paige asked. Sky looks at her and away. "Because you remind of her. When I saw you dance for the first time, you reminded me of Kate. You reminded of her talent, her spirit and her personality.", Sky sighed, as he held her face. 

"You remind me of everything about her.", Sky sighed, as Paige looks at him. He then leans in and kisses her. Paige is surprised and yet kisses him back. After their kiss, Sky and Paige place their foreheads together and Sky smiles at her. 

Later, Sky drops Paige back into NYU and they say their goodbyes. "Congratulations for today, Paige.", Sky replied. "Thanks, you too.", Paige replied. "Right, here's your trophy.", Sky replied, giving Paige the Best Duet Performance trophy to her, but Paige stops him. "No, you keep that one.", Paige replied. 

"What?", Sky asked. "You deserve a trophy for today and I want you to have it.", Paige replied. Sky smiles and puts the trophy back here it belongs. "Thanks, Paige. You're the best.", Sky replied, as he hugs her. 

Later he helps her out of his car, as Paige is about to go inside the campus, Sky stops her, by grabbing her arm and pulls her back to him. They kiss again, and say goodnight. "Goodnight, Paige.", Sky sighed. "Goodnight, Sky.", Paige sighed, as she head inside NYU and Sky returns to his car. 

As he drives off, Liz and her friends are in their car, watching them from the distance, before driving off too.
