First Sight (Marina)

Chapter 20

"Hey" Carina said softly towards Andy who was on desk duty as she entered the station.

"Hey Carina! How are you?" replied the Latina as she got out of her daydream happy to see the brunette who is making her best friend happy.

"Bene how about you?" said Carina as she looked towards the Captain's office, her brows furrowing.

The office blinds were closed so she couldn't see into it to check on the blonde.

"Good, good thing you came back to her, she was getting kinda grumpy, and we don't like grumpy Maya" joked Andy as she noticed the slight frown on the brunette's face earning a chuckle from her.

"You can go in I don't think anyone is in there" continued the Lieutenant getting a nod from Carina.

Both of them falling silent and the atmosphere felt tense when Jack passed by going into the barn, glares thrown at him from both women.

The brunette turned around and softly knocked on the door, slipping into the office silently without permission.

Her heart stopped at the sight in front of her.

A soft loving smile grew on her face as she looked at her girlfriend.

Maya was leaning back in the chair eyes closed, soft snores coming out of her parted lips as she dozed off.

Carina giggling silently at the adorable sight in front of her slowly closed the door behind her trying not to make a sound.

The brunette made her way towards the sleeping blonde, turned around her desk and leaned on it in front of Maya softly taking her face in her hands and turning it towards her.

She leaned down and softly whispered in her ear, "Bambina, you have to wake up" giving her a soft kiss on her cheek.

When she didn't get a reply she looked at the blonde again and pressed a soft kiss on her parted lips.

She kept pecking her lips softly and nudging their noses together until the blonde under her started stirring, softly kissing back as she started to wake up.

When blue eyes met brown they immediately got lost in each other's eyes.

No matter how much they see each other or spend time together, whenever they reunited it was like seeing each other for the first time again.

"Bambina your shift is almost over, we have to get going" said Carina as she softly stroked Maya's cheek while looking deep into the blue orbs.

They decided to go on a road trip vacation using the blonde's rented RV not wanting to go far since their vacation was impromptu and not much planning was made for them to be comfortable enough to tour a new country.

"I'm going to go into my bunk and change out of my uniform" replied Maya which didn't make a move to get up enjoying the closeness between her and the brunette.

"Can I join you?" asked Carina a seductive smirk on her face as her index finger trailed down the blonde's jaw along her neck into the collar of her uniform unbuttoning the first few snap buttons of her shirt peeking into it slowly.

The blonde stopped her by grabbing onto her wrist softly making the brunette look up back to her and breathed out.

"I'm afraid if you do we will never get out of here" replied Maya against her lips as she leaned in to capture them in her own.

As she captured the brunette's lips she slowly stood up making Carina sit on her desk leaning backwards as Maya pressed their bodies closer standing between tall lean legs.
